joner892555
so me and my partner registered for dream vegas, our first and only deposit thus far was for £28 and a 100%. after beating the wagering we withdrew £250. we opened the account under my details but deposited with my soon to be wifes card, the withdrawal was declined, account closed and the bank card removed from the system because apparently the dont let you use someone else card, i can prove to them i had the consent and give them evidence etc but any time i speak to the live chat all i get is i broke the terms and conditions and there is nothing they can do. this is a joke, im not a criminal or a fraudster and have never made this "mistake" before. they have never offered a solution for example to show evidence of my wifes approval to use her card or maybe they could peak to her and she can confirm . but no they are no help at all and its stressing me out that they can get away with this. is there anything i can do? ValDes
Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum Sorry to hear about your issues with the aforementioned operator, but you should take into account the fact they are simply following their terms and conditions here. The same terms and conditions which both you and your partner agreed and accepted upon registering accounts there... Now, this isn't the first time when we had the chance to comment an issues referring to usage of partner's payment instrument (bank account, e-wallet, card, etc) and the common opinion would be that sometimes operators are willing to make some compromise and give player a chance to provide evidence for joint bank account or approval for use when it comes to cards, etc but this is definitely up to the operator's will only. Meaning that a potential complaint of yours with the ADR and/or regulatory body would be useless as none of them would rule against legitimate operator's terms and conditions. Sorry to bring the bad news. You'd better be more careful next time. cocopop3011
pinnit2015
I know some operators who will bend their own rules a bit re this but tbh they’re only likely to do it if you’ve been with them longer than a welcome bonus. As V says; in terms of getting your winnings, forget about it; any ADR etc will rule against you straight from the off. May be a bit luckier trying to get deposits back, seen some successful in that respect. White Hat Groups are very entrenched in how they apply their terms; very rarely will they give any wiggle room. Casinos are very wary of instances like this being used to circumvent Self exclusions etc. Also, probably responsible gambling issues as well so they’ll not budge in all likelihood.
