withdrawal question regarding zet casino PLEASE HELP

sorry if there are some guidelines I didnt meet, I am very panicky about my current situation. Upon learning that not all casinos are really trustworthy, and some dont like paying out big wins, I am scared I will never see my winnings on Zet Casino. It all started with few 1k  YOLO deposits (I am a compulsive gambler) and after a while with sheer bit of luck I am now currently sitting at 20k. Wihch is unimaginable amount for me since I am in my 20s. The things I could afford with that..... oh my gosh

 

I have read some complaints about zet casino, about withdrawal times being too long, and daily withdrawal is capped at 500. Theres some BS VIP system, which - depending on your deposits/wagering increases - also increases your withdrawal limits. Now I am done depositing real money into the casino. I also dont plan on wagering. What I played with was 100% real money with no bonuses etc.

 

Now I am fairly new to how things work in this area, but I ve recorded my session on the page, went through history of withdrawals/deposits - even game history, all on camera. Because paranoid me is scared that I am going to log in some day and the balance will dissapear. 

 

On the site you can have maximum 3  pending 500 withdrawals at once, they take their sweet time proccessing each one. They payed out first 500, now its been quiet for 4 days or so, but since its weekend I understand the finance department probably have few days off. With this pace I will lose the money way sooner than they deliver,  if they even plan to deliver....

 

Now my questions are

Do you guys have any experience with Zet Casino?

Should I be anxious about never seeing the money I rightfully won?

I have also heard that you can request an account closure, and that they are obliged to pay out every positive balance on the account. Is this true or does every casino dictate their own rules? I am too scared to close it, because I just think they will close the acc, ignore all mails and keep the money on the site.

Please - I thought winning this kind of money would make me feel really happy,  but right now I am paranoid, anxious, and hopeless. Please help me. Thank you

Hi and welcome to the forum! I have just check the casino here and they seem to have a pretty good track record, it says a £10K monthly withdrawal limit, not sure if that is dependent on your loyalty at the casino. 

First things first. DO NOT PANIC. Keep your calm, trust me this is better for you in the long run. 

Now tell us, what have support said in regards to your withdrawal? Have they give you a guideline as to how manyu increments you are going to receive the money in?

Hello, thank you for your reply.  I was being told by support to ask for withdrawal schedule to the finance department, but their response was very misleading and it was clear they didnt want to come in terms with scheduled withdrawals. Its been 7 days since my first 500 withdrawal got approved, since then the next one is pending. I contacted support today again, and they said they will be sending another one later one today. I guess their tactic is working trying to make the proccess as long as possible, I lost another 5K playing yesterday. Not too worried about that, I am still in a huge surplus with earnings. I have come to terms, that they will most likely keep sending 500 every week or so, which is fine I guess. I am in no need of money right now, I am just battling my compulsive  behaviour and I seriously hope I am in good tracks since I dont want to spend any more of my winnings. I see through it tho, so thats good I guess haha! 

So I guess theres no need for any emergency, time will tell if they stick to their payments. I just hope they do.

so far they are sticking to their payments. Withdrawed 2k already, 1.5k  ispending, 11k on balance. So as you can see I cant stop myself from playing. Went from 20k down to about 7k, and back to 14.5k. Any tips on how to avoid compulsive urges? I am thinking of giving my account to some responsible friend who would change password and keep withdrawing. but I do not wanna burden someone with this kind of responsiblity. I am shocked that I am actually unable to conquer my urges, its crazy  how deep I am in the rabbit hole.  Any tips?

what games are you playing, slots or table games and what stakes? watch some documentaries about why gambling games such as slots are addictive and what game makers use to make them addictive. I have put links to these documentaries on this forum such as

hi i play slots, from 4euro to 10euro stakes.  thank you for the link i will give it a look. 

i used to play a lot of video games but once i got introduced to gambling i have no desire to play them. video games are nothing compared to slots regarding the dopamine high i get from it. But iam planning to finally accomplish my childhood dream to build a proper PC and make myself some slick setup!  now i have the best chance ever with this money. less go

look into retro gaming too, you may find some enjoyment out of that too, such as the Amiga systems.

Deposit and play so long at another casino. Give your account a 7/14 day cooling period? Or I am not sure how that works, or set your daily limit at that casino to 100 euro - So you do not over spend.

I would just deposit at another casino and play there.

Good info there explaining the science behind it. I am planning to read the book "Easy way to stop gambling" by Allen Carr. I also stumbled upon this thing called 'dopamine fasting'. Basically fasting from any sort of pleasurable activity, to rewire brain paths that lead to destructive results. Any thoughts/experiences on that? Thank you

An excellent move indeed! 

It is always best to start early and avoid the undesirable pitfalls later on. Once addicted to gambling, it is damn damn hard to break free from it!

I know it doesn't seem like it now, but just imagine if you remain patient don't play away the money you'll soon have it all and then you'll be saying it was worth the wait! Don't crush that dream.

Yeah well I continuted to play at I am sitting at frigging 31k.  I have gambled for a lot of years but i have never seen casino behave like this. Constantly giving big wins. Its crazy. I think I stopped believing that money is real at this point I am just confused. They already sent out 2k but I ve managed to lose my credit card so theyre going to do bank transfers from now on. I hope that proccess isnt slow because I dont know how long can I go without having urges to play again.

what stake sizes are you doing now? and when you first started slotting what sizes were you doing then. winning is easy when you are playing like its not real, just like many slot streamers seem to do, they have no fear of losing any of it.

last couple of days 10e bets only. got 1160x or so on 10e bet. best win so far haha. now its the waiting game, i will try to challenge myself not to play for one day, because past days there hasnt been a day i didnt play, so i will report next time if i made it atleast day, to see if theres any hope i will keep something of that 31k. wish me luck guys this is crazy journey for me

Wow, that is amazing well done! Just try and stay strong and think how worth it it will be in the long run. If you want to play it consider the fact you may lose it all against the thoughts of what you'll do if you wait and have all that money in your bank!!

2 weeks since my huge winnings. and since then I was able to withraw 2.5k. 25.5k left to go, I am trying not to compulsively gamble, trying to feed the urges just by playing with 1k or so at max. But man oh man is this hard. My daily life is heavily affected by thoughts about gambling, about this situation in general. I cannot seem to enoy the good part of it, that right now and for a while I am on the good side of gambling addiction, that I have a big opportunity have a great headstart in life as a 22 year old. I hope its ok I use this as a self journal, I think I need a place for my thoughts to get vented and be seen as others.  Pray for me guys, I really want out.

Buy some things with the money before you gamble it away (for example gaming pc, gaming laptop, VR equipment, retro consoles etc).  Try some meditation and get thoughts of gambling out of your head.

Igambled it from 33k down to 25k and said that thats it no more luck for me. That balance has been sitting there untouched for more than 1 week now,. So far so good! but they take their time, even have the nerve to send me a promotional e-mail about some bonus free spins that would require me to wager instead of following their schedule and sending money.   i just want the money really bad

If you can't pay out more than 4k in a month as a casino, you shouldn't really be in the business. 

Do their terms not say 10k a month, so why haven't they gave you the 10k at least? (even that's rubbish tbh)

I'll be more patient and wait until end of the week. If they stick to schedule sending out the 500€ every monday, wednesday and friday like they said in e-mail, then I am cool with the proccess being this long . But thank you for the input I might consider doing your option next in the future.
