Crazy no casino, no refund, no uk licence

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I would like to make a complaint regarding Crazy No casino , I recently joined and deposited around £400.. the casino allowed me to sign up well aware I am from the UK. I was then looking at the withdrawl  process before depositing more and found that this company is not licensed to allow UK customers. I spoke to live chat who was extremely rude and insisted that the company allows UK customers if they follow the terms and conditions, I checked the terms and conditions and it says people from the United Kingdom prohibited to use this site... however two members  of staff from the casino insisted we was aloud to use the casino if we follow the terms and conditions ... (obviously the term and conditions which says we are prohibited to play has to be ignored).. I believe I was mislead and when I deposited £50 it took £50.40 so this is not the amount I agreed to.

I would like the casino to issue a full refund but they have refused this, could I do a chargeback or won’t the bank allow this?

Hey there,

This operator has not been reviewed and presented on AG yet which means you won't be able to use AGCCS unfortunately.

Of course, the tactic used by this operator are clearly predatory and proves once again the fact that players MUST read rules prior registering and depositing and not afterwards.

Highly doubt a casino, willing to do this, will grant a refund.

Careful with the chargebacks - if, for example, they voided your withdrawal you'd have a strong case. Here, they have delivered a service - it's just the OP wants their money back: likely the Bank will side with the merchant and, if not careful in how you describe it in the CB process, you may risk getting hit with a fraud marker (CIFAS). The Bank should be able to advise - though good luck explaining the Gambling Act to them
