Very disappointed with the online gambling industry

Recommended Posts

I've had trouble with Casoo refusing to payout hundreds of dollars even though they've paid out a 30 dollar once. They've gone as far as to accuse my re-enabled account as a duplicate account and confiscated my winnings. After clarifying to them about that, they re-enabled my account. I've kept this short as to avoid typing too much because at this point I can't be bothered. So now they've refused payout with various excuses and I took to askgamblers to resolve my complaint and they've rejected it. Well I understand askgamblers relies on operators to eat but to reject my claim based on some technicality is not something I'll stand for. This is gambling not some proof of character eassy. So I'll go ahead and lose that 200 and not touch online gambling knowing it is an industry borne by degenerates for degenerates. And I don't care if this post is even posted, after all askgamblers relies on operators to feed them and can't tolerate damning posts by players. Don't keep Satan waiting, your time will come.

Good Luck with future endeavours then!

If only you took the time to find a reputable casino that would not cause any hassle,  you would have jumped free from this one.

Making such accusations won't be tolerated that I can tell you, I am sure the support team has some grounds for why they agree with the operator with sufficient evidence was submitted to the complaints team. Also the fact that you create new AskGamblers accounts does not help either as you went against AskGamblers T's and C's for creating new AG accounts just to submit complaints...

Also if you feel its unfair of Casoo or are unhappy with the outcome of the AG complaints team decision, then you welcome to contact the relevant regulatory body who holds their license which is Curacao.

Hey there,

Have just checked your case with AskGamblers Complaints Team and must admit I'm truly disappointed to read your post, simply because it doesn't really corresponds to the truth. Your complaint against Casoo has been rejected because our team considered the information and facts presented to far as insufficient to conduct an adequate review and offer a fair and justified solution for your dispute. You were also how to proceed further and what to do if you would like your future complaint to be accepted and processed. ...

Now, if you are too lazy complying with AGCCS Guidelines and Terms, I'm afraid there's nothing else we could do to help you.

As for the rest of your post, it only reveals your profound misunderstanding of how affiliate websites work. What gives you the courage to come up with such definitive statements regarding an industry you obviously know absolutely nothing about is truly beyond me. Maybe it's really for your best to skip 'touching online gambling'... at least until you have the decency to educate yourself.
