Okay guys so since this is so important and we have so many members here getting caught out by this rule I think we should have a thread dedicated to all the casinos implementing the new changes to Max Bet. So each time you hear of a casino adding such a feature please come here and let me know. Thanks guys. Official List of Casinos with Max Bet Protection 1. FreakyVegas Casino 2. I think we all knew once one casino did it everyone else would follow suit and now BitStarz Casino have added their very own Max Bet Bonus Protection. If you bet over the allowed limit you'll now see an error message saying "You have reached your player limit" and you can't carry on playing until you lower your bet size! Another great move by BitStarz. Read the full story HERE.

So, I've been browsing looking for a new casino to try since I've had a long break (give or take a few new sign ups) from new casinos and welcome bonuses, well any bonuses in fact! I feel it's time I get back in the saddle so to speak and get a few casinos on my list of regulars. However, I'm surprised at the amount of casinos that are now complicating their welcome bonuses. Like free spins being spread over certain amount of days, maximum cashouts, minimum deposits getting bigger, strange wagering requirements etc, etc. What happened to the good old days where you'd make a deposit get the bonus and just have the simple wagering requirements!!! Anyone else see this happening more and more lately?

As a player we all want the same thing when we open our laptops, a stress free gaming session at whatever casino we’re deciding to play in. Ultimately we all want to win of course but that’s left down to lady luck herself. Unfortunately once in a while things may not go as planned and that’s where we come in! The AskGamblers Complaint Service. Our annual report has been released and once again we have excelled ourselves and smashed all records from previous years! This year we managed to help players recover a massive $1,755,304.28 in unpaid, delayed or unfairly confiscated winnings. This brought our total up to a staggering $5.3 million! If I asked you how many complaints you thought we dealt with, what figure would you come up with? Well I can tell you during 2015 we received over 3000 new cases submitted by more than 2240 players against 520 different casinos! Not all complaints could be accepted as some simply didn’t meet out Complaint Guidelines but we did process over 1600 cases and resolved a phenomenal 66.5% of them! Why would you submit a complaint? There is a ton of reasons why a player may need to submit a complaint with us. But for 2015 it was payment related issues that dominated almost 63% of all submitted complaints. And would you be surprised if I told you that almost half of the accepted complaints were against legal and regulated casinos! Of course another major issue that we dealt with last year, which we all know and talk about all too well in the forum is players not checking the terms and conditions. Approximately 4 out of 10 complaints were raised as a result of this! So, here’s a few reminders of some things that may help you avoid having to open a complaint 1. Read our review first and scroll down to Casino Details. Here you can information about deposit/withdrawal methods, restricted countries, currencies, withdrawal limits and more. 2. Check the complaints history 3. If you’re taking a bonus from us check the ‘Additional Information’. Anything that we feel may stand out in the bonus terms we will try to add here to help you. 4. If you’re unsure about opening a complaint ask at the forum. You don’t need to mention the casino if you don’t want to but you can tell us the issue and we can advise you on how to proceed. 5. Finally and the most important point of all is to ALWAYS check the casinos terms and conditions BEFORE YOU PLAY. Ten minutes of your time before you register could just be the key to a successful gaming session. You can read more about out annual review HERE. You’ll also be able to read 5 of the biggest complaints we received in 2015. Very interesting indeed. And if you have a complaint you can submit it HERE. Well done to the entire AskGamblers complaint team, your efforts have certainly paid off when we look at what you all achieved last year!

I'm not too bothered about the max bet rule myself since I'm a low roller, my bets never exceed the max bet. However this I know is something that effects quite a few of you here. I came across something today at Expekt Casino which I haven't seen before. You'll have to excuse me because this may be normal I've just never needed to take any notice of it - but it seems like an alternative to the max bet rule. Here it is: Quite harsh I think considering the amount of wagering you'll be adding on, and this will be for every win where the bet is over £10. Surely it would just be easier to stick to the £10 rule?

I recently checked up on Askgamblers no desposit bonus page and checked what's hot, saw Malibu casino's no deposit bonus of £25, registered and got lucky, but wasted it all once I met the wager sparing the amount I needed for the max payout. I checked on the complaints for malibu casino and there is a guy having trouble receiving his bonus withdrawal because apparently they don't serve customers in his country which I thought was suspicious as the list includes the United Kingdom, I'm from the UK and It had the option for the United Kingdom on the registration list. Anyway, I've enlisted a few pictures, It's funny that casino's can whip out their terms and conditions whenever they need them to ***** customers yet when they breach their own, they don't care. The lady on the other end just completely ignored me haha, no surprise.

Hi folks As previously requested from fellow forum members, it is time for Drueck Glueck Casino and its terms... General Casino Terms 1.1 We consider these terms to be fair... Oh, man! What a great and unusual start of a casino Terms and Conditions! Maybe a bit too bragging for my taste, but still quite an original one! 1.1. … Should you need any advice regarding these terms, or any other part of our service, in your own and our interests, please contact us via our Customer Services Department via the support link on the site and your trusted legal advisor…. Thumbs Up - Beautifully said! Wish more casinos state that to their customers. 1.2. Please note that all telephone calls are digitally recorded and may be used as evidence at Our sole discretion. Thumbs Down - Not true, there are tons of regulations when it comes to protection of basic human rights, such as the right to know and refuse being recorded for example. So, in case the casino intends to use such recording as an evidence in front of a third party, it must comply with all existing legal regulations and sometimes even request player’s permission. 1.3. For transaction security we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties. Thumbs Up - Hallelujah! Finally a casino who dare to talk about that even assume some a warranty. Way to go! 1.6. By using this Site and/or software you agree to these terms and conditions and any other terms or conditions that We see fit to impose from time to time. Thumbs Down - No way that a casino could validate a term retroactively. 4.4. It is not advisable to play 'Real Money' mode before trying 'Practice' mode. We recommend players practice in 'Practice' mode prior to playing in 'Real Money' mode. Thumbs Up - Now this is something new on the online casinos horizon and definitely deserves a huge praise! 5.4. All information supplied when you register with the site MUST be accurate, complete and not misleading in any respect. We reserve the right to confirm a customer's address by any means available, including but not limited to posting an address verification letter by mail to you, contacting you by email, phone or live chat. If the attempt to verify the details supplied during registration is not successful no winnings will be paid. Thumbs Down - Agree with the first two sentences. But the last one… nope, sorry, could not agree at all. No one has the right to void my legitimate winnings only because casino rep decided to try a phone call in the middle of the night for example. 5.13. Account facilities are provided to You solely to enable you to place bets or participate in poker or casino games. If you, for whatever reason, appear to be depositing or withdrawing money without genuine play, you will be liable to have your account suspended and the circumstances investigated. This may result in a report to the necessary authorities and/or the account being closed. Thumbs Up - Great, each casino must fight with any attempt for money laundering via online gambling facilities. Anti Money Laundering should not be just a bunch of well wishes, but a serious set of precautionary measures and procedures applied by any reputable online casino brand. 6.2. After depositing, you will receive email confirmation of the transaction. We recommend that you print out and keeps details of all transaction data in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time. Thumbs Up - A very useful practice though, which helped not once and twice over the years in case of a stuck or missing deposit. 6.4. Please note that documentation in the form of ID, utility bill/statement or copies of the front and back of your credit card may be required after any deposit. Thumbs Down - Why not making one more step and request such verification documents before the initial deposit? A rhetorical question of course… 7.3. The maximum winning amount that a player can cash out is €10,000 every 30 days. All other winnings will be paid in monthly installments of €10,000 every 30 days. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is €5,000. Thumbs Down - A monthly withdrawal limit of just €10,000 is extremely insufficient for any reputable casino brand. 7.5. Please note that 'winnings' stands for an amount which is more than the total deposits made by a player. As a condition for payment, winnings will not be issued until KYC documentation has been received. Please also note that any winnings over the value of €5,000 may take up to 5 business days to process. This is due to extra security checks performed by Our Accounts Department. Thumbs Down - Some people would call that a ‘stalling a payment’. Including me… 7.13. Once you have made a request to withdraw, your request will first be pending until midnight GMT the following day. Thereafter your request will be passed to Our Accounts Department who will process your withdrawal during the next business day provided they have all the information required to make the withdrawal. You may modify or cancel your request to withdraw funds at any time until your withdrawal has been completed and fully processed. Thumbs Down - A day here, an extra day there...Hellooo, wake up, we are almost in 2016 and there are dozens of online casinos paying faster than it took to your cashier to receive a withdrawal request, let alone reviewing, approving, processing and paying out… 20.2 Deposit Limits: We provide you with the ability to set you own preferred deposit limits within the Cashier Section of our Software. Deposit limits can be set for the following periods: Daily, Weekly, Monthly Any decrease in the amount you want to allow yourself to deposit will be applied immediately to your Account. However if you wish to increase your Deposit Limits, there will be a 24 hour delay before the change takes effect, during which time you can consider if an increase in your deposit limit is appropriate for you. Thumbs Up - I vote for this one with both hands. 20.3.2. Having implemented reasonable checks and safeguards to ensure Responsible Gaming, whilst player limitations are active you cannot open an Account, We cannot be held liable to you or any third party if you are able to continue to gamble on any account under our license. In that event, any winnings that will be originated during your suspension period will be null and void. Thumbs Down - What about the deposits made during such suspension period? You must return them or you forgot about that? 21.1. If you wish to make a claim or complaint, as a first step you should as soon as reasonably practicable contact our 'Customer Support Department'. If you are not satisfied by the answer you received from Our Customer Support Department you have the right to refer it to the Malta Gaming Authority via email to [email protected], or via telephone on +356 2546 9000, or by post to Level 3, Suite 1, TG Complex, Brewery Street, Mriehel, Birkirkara BKR3000 Malta. You can visit the Malta Gaming Authority site at http://www.mga.org.mt. Thumbs Down - Please, update the complaints related details of MGA - their direct line support phone is +356 2546 9191 and they now offer online gaming support for players at http://www.mga.org.m...aming-support/ 22.5. You hereby agree that in the event of your winning €10,000 or more in relation to any of our games you will grant to Us an irrevocable, exclusive and perpetual worldwide right and license, to use your name, photograph and likeness in any media, in connection with the marketing and promotion of Us and the Website, and you will fully cooperate with Our representatives in such regard. Thumbs Down - Sure, why not. How much you gonna pay for that? 26.2 . We may, at our sole discretion and for any reason, terminate your Account. If we wish to do so, you will be duly notified and our actions will be explained to you before terminating the Account. Contractual obligations already made shall be honoured. Thumbs Up - This is how it should be. 31.2. If any future modification is unacceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this Agreement. Any use of the Site by you after such publication on the site shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions. Thumbs Down - Wrong! This term could be easily invalidated in case of a dispute with the casino referring to applying specific term retroactively and without player’s consent. 34.3. Any jackpot payout greater or equal to €50,000 will require an extra 14 days for processing. Thumbs Down - Okay, but it is not clear if this jackpot is about to be paid in a lump sum or player should wait till Judgement day. General Bonus Policy 6.1. If your deposit bonus/offer was less than a 100% deposit bonus/offer the maximum bet is either 10, or 10% of the deposit bonus/offer amount (the lower of the two amounts apply) 6.2. If your deposit bonus/offer is 100% or more the maximum bet is 5, or 10% of the deposit bonus/offer amount (the lower of the two amounts apply) 6.3.If you received a free bonus (no deposit bonus/refer a friend bonus/registration bonus/winnings from free spins etc) the maximum bet is 5 or 10% of the free bonus amount (the lower of the two amounts apply) Thumbs Down - These rules are made with a single purpose - to make it almost impossible to wager successfully your bonus. Unfair and tricky, proceed with extra caution! 12. Unless stated otherwise if the last bonus received by a player was a free bonus, a deposit needs to be made first before the player is eligible to use any further free bonuses, even if it was marketed to the player. Any breach of this term can result in blocking from future bonuses and/or removing any winnings that might have been the result of the use of any free bonus. Thumbs Down - Yet another tricky bonus rule which could play a bad joke. 13. If you receive free money (no deposit bonus/refer a friend bonus/registration bonus etc’) or free spins winnings, unless stated otherwise the maximum amount that you can win or withdraw from it is €100 or two times the bonus amount. The larger amount of the two will be applied. Any winnings greater than the applied amount, including winnings subsequently won from with that money even after any deposit, will be removed from your account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met. Thumbs Up - I like this one. Many players would skip playing smart pants if such rule is being implemented and explained so well by more online casinos. 14. A bonus (including the bonus credited from a free spin bonus) is also considered free if your real money balance at the time you were credited the bonus is lower than your most recent deposit. Thumbs Down - Now, why this one? 24. … *Games produced by Net Entertainment Ltd, Edict, Microgaming and Williams Interactive Ltd will count 75% towards the wagering requirement. Thumbs Down - Not willing to become a fortune teller, but somehow this term makes me believe that the casino will lose lots of potential customers. 30. In the case that bonus money is wagered and lost, but not all wager requirements were met, the next deposit made to your account, providing you don't have any open games, will automatically reset the bonus as Consumed and it will not be necessary to complete the remaining wager requirements. If you want to continue your game session and make sure that your bonus gets Consumed, please contact support after your deposit. Any abuse of this in order to avoid completing bonus wagering will result in all winnings being removed, and your deposit potentially being confiscated. Thumbs Up - Sounds fair enough. 35. ….In addition to this, the following are considered irregular playing patterns: ….35.4. Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus. Thumbs Down - Unfair and tricky term, makes any normal player a potential victim of bonus and winnings confiscation!

Hi folks As previously requested from fellow forum members, it is time for Sugar Casino and its terms... General Casino Terms Thumbs Down - Tricky term. What’s the point of more people using one and the same account in case they could prove their identity? Isn’t it going to be much easier to create their own accounts? Thumbs Down - Yugoslavia does not exist as a country on the European map since 2006 as far as I remember. More info here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yugoslavia Thumbs Up - Absolutely, doing so could save lots of future troubles indeed. Thumbs Down - The term is vague, leaves too much room for different interpretations and allows cashier to send payments using the preferred method for casino instead player’s preferred payment choice. Thumbs Up - Have seen much better withdrawal conditions, however I appreciate when casinos state such information in a clear and unambiguous way. Thumbs Down - Tricky, vague, confusing. Needs serious clarification. Thumbs Down - Not quite fair and true. Casino must supply enough evidence to prove their accusations and actions afterwards. Winnings derived from bonuses used in a fraudulent way could be voided by the casino, but deposits… I don’t think so. Eventually, a formal complaint could be submitted in front of the casino’s licensing authority and a successful outcome concerning the confiscated deposit amount could be expected. And then, reading down the list of terms we came to... Thumbs Down - Confusing, to say the least. Thumbs Down - No comment! Thumbs Down - Misleading. Still wondering if the casino can or cannot handle deposit limits on players? Thumbs Up/Down - Up for the rule that terms & conditions changes cannot affect player retroactively. And a huge Down for all the rest. General Bonus Terms & Conditions Thumbs Up - Simple and clear, I like it. Thumbs Down - Huge minus for obvious reasons.

Hey folks As promised, tonight I'll try to make an analysis of the General bonus and casino terms and conditions for Parklane - a newly added casino to AskGamblers database. Hope it's gonna be useful for all those who intend to join Parklane casino or have already done it. Please, keep in mind that the goal of making such analyses is to outline those rules which needs your attention and could have a serious impact over your future stay at the casino if you are not totally in aware with their meaning. I. General Casino Terms&Conditions Thumbs Down - Accepting casino terms and conditions means to sign a contract with that casino. If you signed a contract with the casino for let’s say a bonus with 10x WR and then casino change that WR to 100x afterwards, then it means that the change will affect you directly and significantly reduce your chances for a successful playthrough and that’s not fair at all. Players are bound to the rules which they accepted upon registering at the casino and casino is obliged to inform them in case of a change that could influence them in any way and/or affect their payments, bonus requirements, etc. Thumbs Up - Asking players for confirmation of their age before allowing them to deposit is in fact highly effective and quite simple measure at the same time against underage gambling. Thumbs Down - Having such rule is simply hilarious. Especially when it comes to proving the methodology in which a player is being considered as “recreational” or not. Thumbs Up - This is the way it should always be. Online casino industry should never be used as a mean of money laundering, not to mention terrorism funding. Thumbs Up - I really love to see when casino explains such an important detail in such a simple and clear way. Thumbs Down - It is not clear what exactly this exchange rate will be, neither the conversion fee. Such important details should be written in way more transparent way to avoid further confusion and financial losses. Thumbs Up - Great! Now make a single step further as request that proof before the first deposit. Thumbs Down - Hmm, could someone explain to me why it should be the player to pay for a cashout? Definitely thumbs down! Thumbs Down - Very high minimum amount allowed for a withdrawal. Majority of online players are in fact choosing to cashout amounts under 100 EUR/GBP/USD. Thumbs Down - Very low maximum amount for a monthly withdrawal limit. I could understand such limit for 24 hours, or even for a week, but for a whole month?... On top of all, the remaining money will be returned to player’s balance which is of course totally unfair and even considered as an attempt to urge player to gamble and to lose eventually. Thumbs Down - So, it appears that those who placed deposit limits will be punished with even lower withdrawal limits? That’s unfair and unjustified. Thumbs Down - Tricky and unfair rule which caused so many players lose their withdrawals on a later stage. When I asked couple of years ago another casino using the same term why they didn’t change that rule and simply put a max allowed bet as an absolute value, they never replied back. Obviously, some casinos prefer using such kind of terms referring to max bet allowed while playing with your own money and no bonus is attached, simply because that would help them find a way to void players winnings on a later stage. Thumbs Up - It is essential for any player to understand that Responsible Gaming means not only rights, but some obligations as well. Thumbs Down - This is not considered as a good practice when it comes to applying Responsible Gaming policy. A serious company should be responsible and to take all the necessary measures to prevent problem gamblers from opening/using other accounts across their network. It’s not a rocket science after all. Thumbs Up - Seems as the only possible fair resolution in case a software glitch caused some game crash. Thumbs Down - Hmm, I believe this is not quite true as there is another place where all players game transactions should be kept and that is the server/s of the gaming provider. In case of a dispute, it is the gaming provider’s records which are being put into an investigation by the relevant licensing authority, simply because these records are considered as the most reliable source de facto. II. General Bonus Terms and Conditions Thumbs Up - Simple and clear instructions what you are supposed to do if you want your bonus removed. I like it when casinos do it this way and avoid using lengthy and confusing procedures for such a simple thing as a bonus removal Thumbs Down - Why? Once a withdrawal has been requested it goes into casino’s hands and player has nothing to do about it. Then why being punished with receiving no bonuses only because casino is slow on withdrawals?

Hey folks As promised, here follows my analysis of the General casino terms and conditions for Kaboo Casino - a newly added casino to AskGamblers database. Hope it's gonna be useful for all those who intend to join Kaboo. Please, keep in mind that the goal of making such analyses is to outline those rules which needs your attention and could have a serious impact over your future stay at the casino if you are not totally in aware with their meaning. Thumbs Up - Brilliantly said! Simple and clear. Thumbs Up - Opposite to Parklane’s denial of responsibility in such situations, this is how a change into any terms and conditions should be applied. Thumbs Down - Too vague and ambiguous term, leaves room for lots of troubles and misunderstandings at a later stage. Thumbs Down - Finding such info on Kaboo’s website /unless you are not already registered/ is almost a mission impossible. Thumbs Up - Now this is a serious amount set a daily limit. Thumbs Down - I could understand you have expenses in processing financial transactions, but 5% or 10 euro minimum?! Come on, that’s too much. Thumbs Down - Now, why is that? It appears that players willing to have their account closed should not only pay withdrawal fee, but may be charged additional expenses only because casino decided to use a payment method on its own instead of using the most convenient one for the player. Players paid for that withdrawal anyways, shouldn’t they have the right to choose their preferred payment method? Thumbs Up - Attention all of those, who have intentions using additional software to speed up their DOA gaming for example. Thumbs Up - Simple and clear, don’t use your mom, dad, friend, sis or anyone else’s card to deposit, but only the one which is registered on your name. Thumbs Down - Sorry, but you have absolutely no right to retain anything based on suspicions only unless these so called suspicious are supported by serious and unambiguous evidence. Thubs Up - Totally agree with this one. A player who previously requested a self-exclusion regardless of the period should not be allowed to reopen and play just like that, but should go through some transition period to have enough time to reconsider the decision for account reopening. Thumbs Down - Have really no idea why casinos keep doing that. So, if a company has let’s say two operators then these operators could share player’s databases for marketing purposes, but cannot do the same for the sake of Responsible Gaming? Thumbs Down - This term is vague and leaves lots of room for frivolous interpretation. Thumbs Down - And what if I am not satisfied with the resolution on my complaint with Operator 2, shall I seek further assistance from e-Gaming Curacao? In addition, please update the complaints related details of MGA - their direct line support phone is +356 2546 9191 and they now offer online gaming support for players at http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/ Thumbs Down - Yet another casino applying the so called “God clause”. FYI, the final word in case of a dispute does not belong to the casino, but to its relevant licensing authority.
