I've just gone to the Cashmio casino page to look at the response to my review from the casino rep and have a yellow banner telling me that UK Players are not accepted at this casino??? As I have only just registered with this casino very recently I felt sure this must either be a mistake or a very worrying new development as the MT SecureTrade group have always catered for UK players in the past. I have just visited the casino site and was able to login without issue and also see that the UKGC license details are visible within the page footer. Greetings AG Community , This thought has been on my mind for quite some time in regard to Casino Reviews I see that one review is allowed at a time strictly by the rules as I had one removed yesterday which was just an update to the first as I like to give people the whole picture and not just a part of it . Also I think these reviews should be editable if there is going to be a one review per casino rule enforced then there should be the option for ongoing feedback as situations can change with casino's and up to date information is useful I think to the community . I just got a free £5 from Pink Casino, part of the IPS Alderney casino group who have around eight brands and are always sending me no deposit treats with low wagering, so I was surprised none of their casinos are listed here at AskGamblers. Some of the best are BetUK and Castle Jackpot along with Pink who advertise themselves as the UK's only "women only" casino.. not sure how true that is, I think it might be against discrimination laws not to allow men to sign up at all! Either way though is there any reason these casino's aren't listed here?

Hello People, most will never encounter the problem of being banned from a casino for winning continually. For those who will or have, the issue is serious and there is not a lot an individual can do about it. The only thing we can do, except sewing them and winning (without a chance to get back to the tables), is to use the power of community and internet. If you have been banned for winning, please post the name of the casino so we (as a collective) can significantly downvote them on google and LET OTHERS KNOW. I would be a very happy man if we could make this a habit. The Casinos must learn that they can not only let people play if they lose. Thanks for reading and supporting. Well , This would be the second time I've struck this in the last 72 hours and the last time I struck this error code I was told by someone that Quickfire were undergoing an update not that I don't believe the story I've been handed but I thought I'd jump to another site and Alacazam Quickfire games seem to be working ?? I Dunno I mean : Can somebody explain how its working on one site and not another is it to do with the casino itself ?? these technical errors do happen I guess . Hi guys, Just wanted to give a heads up on Casumo and warn you off their site. I only joined their site last week, started playing one of the slots and the game kept freezing, and then throwing me out. Every time I went back in, it froze again, threw me out, its like it was re-setting as every time I started playing I was getting absolutely nothing. I know this is the way gambling goes, believe me, but imagine being on a fruit machine and every 5 mins someone comes in and turns it off and changes it for a new one. This annoyed me so I went into a bit of a spin and deposited 6 times, you know what it's like. I've lost before so I'm not a sore loser, but as their games kept freezing and losing connection it just looked a bit dodgy. Anyway £1500 later, nothing has paid, don't win a dicky and the game must have frozen over 20 times, kicked me out and it was like I was playing a fresh slot. Then the casino told me I couldn't deposit any more so that was it, sometimes you have to put money in a slots game, be patient and wait for the pay out. It's annoying when you're told you can't deposit any more, even if I was playing on a game that full of glitches I'd spent so much money I wanted to see if I could get some back. Anyway, I called Casumo and they went on the defensive straight away, terrible service. I just said look into the game servers and see how many times the game lost connection, they sent a bunch of links saying they're regulated and I should pick it up with games providers. So beware, they'll completely brush off any responsibility of the games they make money from. As a customer this really annoyed me that they responded like that immediately. And it gets worse, they then shut my newly opened account just in case I made a chargeback request to the bank. There was a remaining balance on the account, I had to email them about that, they would have kept it. Now, they're making jump through lots of hoops just to get that remaining balance, probably won't be able to get that. Another heads up, they also charged 2.5% for every debit card transaction I made ( i didn't know this at the time), not sure why on a debit card. When I brought this up they ignored it. In short, this is more about the games, they are really dodgy games with a few glitches ( they'll hopefully sort these out soon) and the staff are not helpful at all, on the verge of aggressive. Steer well clear of casumo.......

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and just looking for some advice. I hope this is the right place for this topic and my question is allowed! Basically, I would just like some advice in relation to the above deal with betfair. I deposited £70 which was deposit matched and using roulette have moved it up to 400. However I need to have wagered £3600 before I can withdraw anything. I'm not looking to make much more, just want to get through the wagering without losing the 400. Ok here comes my sort of complaint.I signed up at this casino but that was long time ago.So when i wanted to make my first deposit back then the support agents didnt know will i get the bonus or not and suddenly they have lost or moved all their Netent games,although i have read that they are decent casino. So few days ago i made my first deposit there and voila the 100% match bonus was added to my account,although i didn't asked for it neither ticked some field so i can have that match bonus. I kindly asked help from the live agent which he removed the bonus and since was Wednesday i told him that i was interested in their Wednesday cashback promo included with free spins,the agent said great,removed the bonus and the promo which were having would be the day after the deposit was made. Ladbrokes has denied that it puts profits before the safety of its workers after its former head of health and safety, Bill Bennett, spoke out against ‘single-manning’ at an employment tribunal. Bennett claimed he had been sacked by the company for blowing the whistle on the controversial practice. His application was dismissed, with Ladbrokes arguing it had fired Bennett “owing to a lack of confidence in his ability to fulfil his role”. The Daily Mirror newspaper reported that during the hearing, Bennett said Ladbrokes chose to “prioritise profits over health and safety” by continuing the practice of allowing staff members to work alone. Highlighting the dangers of single-manning, the newspaper pointed to the murder in 2013 of store manager Andrew Iacovou, who was beaten to death by a gambler at a branch of Ladbrokes in Surrey. According to the Daily Mirror, Ladbrokes chief executive Jim Mullen acknowledged there had been “serious systemic failures” in health and safety procedures but dismissed the suggestion he had put profits before lives as “bunkum”. He added that "health and safety is a non-negotiable part of the business.” A Ladbrokes spokesman said the company has been in the process of changing the policy to “voluntary only in the evenings” across its stores since January 2016. The spokesman added: “We are in the process of rolling out the new arrangements and have been recruiting over 850 extra employees to help us deliver it.” The Daily Mirror claimed that Ladbrokes saved £200m (€260.8m/$292.0m) in wages in five years, partly by “forcing” some staff to work alone from 2010.
