Hello there! I ran into a slight problem with a site i signed up with via askgamblers. I opened this account this summer if i remember correctley deposited once and never played again before now. Today i deposited 200 euros and started playing won up to 3400!! euros. And then when i went to withdraw i see under my profile that there is a bonus active! I never took any bonus offer so i am confused. When i deposited there was no indication that i recived a bonus. No box to check , no pop up, and also my balance was 200. Same as my deposit so why whuld there be any bonus?? The i try to contact them but get no reply. I check their terms and their bonus terms is very confusing to say the least. The bonus is somehow released after wagering the amount. Very confusing to me.. And then i read that yggdrasil games are excluded from bonus play. Part of my winnings came from these games and now i am very affraid that they will not pay me because of this. It would be unfair tough as i had no idea or way to know that there was a bonus in play. And i never intentionally ment to breach any terms. What should i do now? 3000 euros is ALLOT of money to me.

I am getting fed up with seeing £5 maximum stake whilst using your bonus and the bonus cannot be withdrawn. Its started to put me off bonuses now. I few days ago I qualified for the Bitstarz Wednesday Free Spin bonus. This is a bonus they have weekly, that you have to make a deposit of a certain amount, and wager that amount, in order to qualify for a free spin bonus. I deposited the required amount (150 euro) and wagered it all, in order to earn 80 free spins. When chatting with their customer service (since the free spin bonus did not show up as it is supposed to in my account) they informed me that they added it while we were chatting, and that I would have to play it on their game called Dragon King by Game Art. I then activated the bonus and played. I was very exited when during the free spins I won 19.55 BTC! This was my biggest win, and it really made my decade! I then proceeded to play as hard and strategically as possible, in order to convert the bonus to cash through the 40x play through. After several days I was at around 8% conversation on the wagering, and thins were going well overall. I went from 19.55 BTC to 24 BTC then down to 15 BTC. With 27 days to go I felt I had a chance to earn at least some of this monster win. Then today I was shocked when I logged in to my account and saw a 0 balance. No email, no call. Just a 0 with no explanation. I then opened a chat with their service and was told that they cancelled the bonus since I was given the wrong bonus, it should not have been for Game Art games, but instead should have been for other providers, so the win was void. This is very disappointing for a few reasons. #1 since I played with the winnings for several days without anyone contacting me to tell me anything was wrong, and I literally spent probably 25 hours playing intensely as a result. #2 since I had to find out by logging in and seeing the balance was 0 #3 since I am really sure the only reason they took the funds is because I won big; if I had lost I am sure they would not have given me free spins on other games due to the alleged error. #4 since I had stopped playing at other casinos and really trusted Bitstarz, it is a big swing from being one of their fans to suddenly having the honeymoon crushed in the way that gives so many other casinos a bad reputation #5 I am now concerned on a trust level, since in reviewing their history of big wins around 90+% are from a single player, who must be affiliated with the casino. How else would one player win 90% of the time on all of their 18BTC+ wins? So I have lost trust in them, which means I won't trust them with my $$ anymore. Given all of this I will no longer play at Bitstarz. I will also complain to their license authority although I am pretty sure that won't get me anywhere. After all their bonus terms pretty much say they can cancel a bonus anytime for any reason, and if you win big, it looks like thats what they will do to avoid risking having to pay it out. I though they were different, but not I realize they are not. I really question the wisdom of playing with bonuses at all now. It seems its just for fun, not something you can really win big on or count on - high wagering requirements and if you win big they will find a way to cancel it, even if you manage to meet the wagering needed, etc. So much time is spent promoting bonuses for online casinos but whats the point if you really can't come out ahead? For me it was a lot of wasted time, more importantly totally crushed excitement, and the undermining of the whole premise upon which I place my money and trust in an online casino.- 17 replies

Sorry for the long post, just wanting to ask how you guys would play this scenario. A couple of days ago I signed up to a casino with a 200% welcome bonus. I deposited £75 and received a bonus giving me a total of £225 which showed on my balance at the top of the screen. After playing a small while I hit a win of £187, which was reflected in my balance at the top of the screen, I went to double check my wagering requirements is the same for the slots I was playing and went to my history statement and the bonus money wasn't on there, which confused me. It showed my starting balance at £75 and I'd played down to £60 before the win. My own stupidity I didn't read all the t&c's and noticed that skrill or neteller deposits wouldn't get the bonus. From there I just assumed I didn't have the bonus despite it showing at the top of the screen and thought it to be an error on the site. After a couple of days playing and more than meeting what the wagering requirements would of been had I had the bonus, my total is around £1,800. My question is how should I play this! Even though I did deposit with skrill and according to my statement the only money used was my original deposit of £75 and none of the bonus, are they going to not payout because I deposited with skrill and will they say the bonus was activated so all winnings are void? Or should continue to play for a few more days with what I have so it looks like I'm playing with my own money, or is that a waste of time? I'm kinda expecting I won't get the money as I know they use anything they can not to pay, and have it in my head that all said and done I've only really lost £75. On the withdrawal page it says I have £1800 cash balance and 0 bonus, but still think they won't pay! Haven't tried actually withdrawing yet, just thought I'd ask a bit of advice first!
