  1. I won in an online casino certain amount of money (a lot) betting on blackjack. When i got to this amount, I decided to withdraw it into my bank account, so i started the process. After 1 hour, i decided that i wanted to keep gambling and asked the casino if they could cancel my withdraw, so they did. After that i kept gambling and ended up loosing everything. The problem is that the casino made a mistake and deposited the amount to my bank account after 2 days, as if I had never canceled the withdraw. So when the casino realized they made the mistake, they contacted me so I can gave back the money. Willing to help, i followed the instructions they gave me to return it, but the problem was that the amount of money was a lot, and also the info they gave me was not working on the online payment method my bank provides me (the server told me that the number of account was not correct). After that we agreed that they would contact me again to find another solution. Its been now over 2 months and i have not heard anything from the casino. I dont want to get into any trouble or anything like that. Who can help me? I dont know what to do.
  2. Hello everyone I know we have discussed Live Chat in depth in many threads here but today I have a new question to ask! I find nothing more annoying than going to Live Chat and asking a question only to be told to read their terms and conditions! This has happend to me many times, while other casinos will just give you the answer. Everyone know's I'm a stickler for not reading the t&c's and this isn't about that, it's not that i'm being lazy and just not wanting to read them and even though the answer to my question will be in the t's I am asking customer support for them to tell me the answer! It's so extremely rude in IMO to be told to read the t's and them not give the answer. This leads me to two conclusions: 1. The live chat agent doesn't actually know the answer OR 2. They are just too lazy to tell you Both are outrageous which ever one it is. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and got my first job in a car insurance firm, i've worked answering the phones, dealing with complaints accessing customer service and never once if I have been asked in my job to answer a question have I told the customer to check their policy documents!! It's just ludicrous! If I didn't know the answer I would always find the answer! That's what customer service is. Customer service means you provide a service to your customer and not tell them to find the answers to their questions themselves! If the live chat agent doesn't know the answer then thats just terrible IMO. If the casino don't train their staff to know the ins and outs of their OWN TERMS then what's the point in even employing staff. I can tell you one thing if I was a live chat agent, whether or not the casino trained me to know their terms I would make it my duty to know them anyway. I would want to be able to answer my customers to the highest standard not fob them off and tell them to read the t's! #NotAcceptable So that's my rant over over for the day anyway. I just wondered whether anyone agreed or even disagreed with me and whether this would bother you or not? Let me know below, or if there is anything else you find unacceptable post it below. P.S To any casino managers reading this post you really should know that this is very bad practise and SO UNPROFESSIONAL! When I am asking Live Chat questions one of the reasons may be because I am deciding wehether or not to deposit, and being told to find my own answers basically is definitely not pursuading me to make a deposit!

Sorry I havn't been around for a long time now, since having the new baby and extra work here at AskGamblers its been hard to jugge my time between everything and hardly even have time to spin the reels these days! As I'm always playing on my iPad ive never needed it on the laptop but I'm doing a lot on there at the moment. We used to have a really good one where I would just press the symbol and it took the screenshot and saved it to my desktop but I can't remember what it's called. Can anyone help please?
  5. I managed to log into the App Store in the UK Unbelievable. They have all the casino apps that I want. No more ""add to home screen"" Game selection must be amazing on these apps. One problem. When I try to create account, it asks me for a credit card. None of my cards are accepted because I am canadian. Please if someone has recently purchased a prepaid throw away card with no balance on it, can you please message me the card number and the cvv with expire date. I guess apple just wants a UK card!   6. Okay so here is my dilemma. Whilst playing @ Casino Saga I won €500 on one of the boss levels. Whilst this should be a reason for celebration it most definitely is not. These winnings came with a hefty wagering of €21,000. I was so thrilled when I won it and it was the complete opposite feeling when I realised the wagering. I wish I hadn't won it to be honest. But I have so I am now asking for your help!! Does anyone have any suggestions how I can meet this wagering and most importantly how I can meet it fast! So, if you deposit certain amount, for example €150 and maximum bonus of 100% match is €100, only €100 of yours is covered by that 100% bonus. What is happening with remaining €50? I know that it's added to your balance, but if the wagering is for example 20xBONUS, it means that you'll have to wager €100 (your bonus amount)x20, right? I don't know what's happening with the rest of your money, in this case €50, that didn't go through that bonus match and isn't included in wagering purposes?   21. They're (RNG'S) supposedly control the Bread and Butter of Casinos and the rate they are set to payback/payout to customers can make or break a casino. It's supposedly the gadget that decides if you win or lose at the slots. I've seen the old mantra that all spins have an equal chance of winning. It do not matter if you just won a jackpot on your last spin, you supposedly could hit another one on your next spin. So I have a few questions as I'm sure multitudes of other slot players have. 1. Is there more than one random number generator (RNG) for each slot game (I have heard there can be up to three RNG per slot game, and the games switch on/off between the RNG's. 2. Is there one that's a take up mode RNG, another that is payback/payout and another with middle of the road wins, AND, can the switching be controlled/manipulated? I have a another question too.
