@Mischumsky First of all, please read bonus terms and withdrawal policy on the terms and conditions on every casino you are interested into playing. Not acting today Shahrukh? Oops...sorry...wrong Shahrukh... The issue there is very simple actually...you made a deposit of 20 USD on the 24th and tried to cash out on the 25th. The issue there is that you may not have completed the required amount of wagering needed before you can make a withdrawal. Can't remember whether the required wagering of any deposit (without taking any bonus) is 1x or 3x the deposit amount (most probably 3x), so you need to wager a total of 60 USD first, then only you make a withdrawal. If a deposit bonus was taken, then the wagering requirement would be much higher, at 40x the bonus amount. Complete the wagering and problem is solved.

Haha, great topic I like this! I don't have any as such now but some of my old ones would be - 1. Never play after a withdrawal because I'd always lose. I'd always choose a different casino 2. Which means they are either rogue or deep-grayzone operator at best. Yeah you've actually made a really valid point and I tend to agree that a lower wagering amount would probabbly be a better option than a bigger bonus that will potentially come with double the wagering anyway.

Well try asking them that same question as you see i have tried and the reply not only ignored the question but the answer given made absolutely no sense whatsoever in regard to the actual posed question. They basically take 90% of the win you spend ages wagering to get transfered to a cash balance and when thwy take that 90% don't you dare have the audacity to ask why! I mean I have the screen shots which are clear 'Real money Balance: £1108,59. Now a non redeemable or non cashable bonus, even a capped bonus, would not go from bonus to real money balance because Real money balance is cashable and may be withdrawn at any time. If thia were from a bonus capped at £100 then if I have 670 at moment the wagering is completed then 570 will be removed automatically and £100 remaining them be moved from bonus to real money. They wouldn't convert anything to real money balance that was over a max capped amount. They only decided this was tha case when I requested £501 withdrawal and as u see above, 'Confiscated funds - £401' The honest truth would label it "Stolen funds - £401...."

these people have taken over £1000 from my Cash balance claiming that despite my completing wagering requirements and the entire monies being transferred from bonus to cash that, upon my attempt to withdraw & £501 they informed me the win from free spins is capped at 100 (which is not relevant because it was from a deposit match bonus) and they removed all of my cash balance leaving a paltry £100 in the acct stating I can now go ahead and withdraw that should I wish. these basically stole a grand of my win and personally I hope this group never get their licence reissued.

AFAIK, they're pretty much free to do what they want - whilst i don't understand why, i know places that limit bets, close accounts arbitrarily based upon whatever. Personally, I'd rather see Welcome Bonus' disappearing and maybe casino's, once a players style of play/deposits is clear, tailoring offers to existing players - be it in the form of more 50% offers at 25x, cash back or other incentives.
