What casinos implemented, was to make sure the money that was used to place the bet, is allocated to the relevant account, in your case you placed the bets using bonus funds, and therefore it is trying to allocate winning to the bonus funds ( the active bonus) in your case and since it cannot find the actual active bonus account to allocate the winnings, its automatically forfeited. So there is totally nothing you can do to recover those winnings and they will not be able to add the bonus back. So just play the bonus rounds, finish them, and make a new deposit without a bonus and perform your new hunt. I hate to be the barrier of bad news, but in your situation nothing will change at all, nor will there be a different outcome.

I always thought a rep is necessary in forums, however I don't need them to be active all the time.
