Hey @Saint90 and welcome to AskGamblers. I would advise that you wait a bit untill Teusday to see of they process. As per you message you said you requested the withdraw 24 hours ago. And today is Friday I had a look at the terms and saw the following terms as per the screenshot below. They will process withdrawals within 3 "Business Days" Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday that said you requested withdrawal on Thursday, Friday would be 24 hours, Monday - 48 hours and Teusday would be 72 hours (3rd business day). So be patient and update us here on Teusday. The terms also state - "You agree that you are familiar and consent to the timetable of withdrawing funds" . And that means waiting up to 3 business days. I hope this clarifies the terms for you
