The concept looks good and winning potential is insane - However its not as good as Crazy Time though tho - That rush of the wheel spinning with Gonzo its the same game play over and over again, with crazy time different features and excitement. The game seems boring - I guess the excitement comes from winning and having re-spins and multipliers. They also limit the winnings to x20 000 your stake, which I think is a down fall.

I hated Dazzle Me in general, so I would not try the Megaways version at all. He got his winnings forfeited, however you refunded all his deposited amounts which is the same amount as his deposits more or less? So to sum it up - @spirit_123 is currently even and did not lose anything: Had the 1800 euro not be confiscated, he would be able to cash out 1800, however not receive the 1898 refund of the total deposits - Which works out to the same thing in the end so either he got 1800 euro or 1898 euro as a cashout .

Sticky - You need to complete wager requirements before you can withdraw or if its Sticky ( No Wager Bonus) - The bonus amount is always deducted on withdrawal whenever you decide to withdraw. Non Sticky - Real money and bonus funds are separate ( If you win big with deposited funds you can withdraw and cancel the bonus, as that winnings is added to the real portion), if you touch the bonus funds you need to complete wagering requirements.

I have seen casinos misinterpret that term - Non-Sticky means, you can withdraw your real portion of cash, if you have not touched your bonus balance, yet some casinos say Bonuses are non-sticky and cannot be withdrawn before wager is completed - I remember I saw one casino have this term and I told their support to fix that.

Yeah I went through the same issue, I believe the reason you violated the bonus terms was because you exceeded the maxbet of 5 euro even though you did not know you have a bonus active. I think the casino acted fair, however if you realized you had a bonus, then you should have contact support and inform them so they make a note on the account should you complete wager, they might over look it. I once deposited 20 mBTC, received a bonus as part of the Monday 50% bonus and did not know. I made a 5.9mBTC bonus buy and won close to 50mBTC and informed their support about it. I went and completed wager and withdrew and it was paid, as I notified them at the moment of Bonus Buy I did not notice I had a bonus as I play with straight cash most times as well. It was just the fact as per the Casino's response the contest ended on the 30th of April at 7am , whilst my bets of 100 euro which was placed during the day on the 29th of April were not counted towards the contest which is why I said I should have earned another 100 points before the contest actually closed.
