And WHG aren't normally a casino to play you around - they're, in todays market of dodgy Russian/Israeli casinos, pretty solid imo (albeit it with ***** payout times)
I'd the same from Mr Q last year - a pretty solid joint, arse and ***** around for 2 weeks over a payment - it came and i don't think they were purposely stalling, just hit an unlucky/incompetent period.
Probably more annoying if you're used to, in the main, near instant cashouts (and hassle free) so when you hit a roadblock it hurts more than normal.

TBF, I'd trust most casino review ons TP about as much as I'd trust Boris's Oven Ready Brexit.

If you're from the UK especially, though MGA are getting as bad, i wouldn't recommend them primarily for their trigger happy SOW requests. They don't even do it on big withdrawals - they've been know to ask for it for 10 quid withdrawals

Quite a hard casino to get an answer from - used to be great customer service but not so much now
43k won't break a casino's bottom line but Casumo have been hit with a lot of fines over the years and have a tendency to drag their feet/ask for extra docs.
Suggest you check their complain process and lodge one because though 43k isn't chump change, it's not enough to warrant a 2 week delay

I listen to podcasts, quite a lot: diary of a CEO is not bad (though some charlatans as guests), as well the quite a few politics ones.
Probably from a UK perspective, people are wondering where the future is re UK gambling. Willy Hill get fined 20million, new gambling reforms coming out which may/will look at credit checking (already being done by some), max bets 2 quid? The UK as a market is dead (if not there just yet, will be next year)....so get someone one from the UKGC to ask: what exactly is your agenda here? 😛
Game wise - proliferation of these HV beasts at the expense of, you know, enjoyment. Who's driving the low RTP offers: casinos/providers or a mixture.

I usually try to contribute by posting wins, new game and casino suggestions. Most of my year has gone into winning back my losses during a month so that takes a lot of time. Currently I have been present at the forum without posting much as my issue with a casino doesn't give me the energy to start something new. I am just sad as the amount being held is a lot for someone like me.
Hopefully when things get sorted I ll contribute more.

I'm just giving you, as you know, unbiased, opinion re slot comps
Eg i come on to forums for arguments, for disagreement, for agreement , for changing on the minds etc - just saying, if i login and see screenshot Bonanza, i'm not that inclined to contribute.

Firstly, a forum's only as good as it's members and what i noticed on AG is, and Afi mentioned this in a thread, is new members - i mean, how many people sign up with their first and second names and post some inane, banal, posts? (there's one by Rob below me that epitomises that) So, as a human, you wonder: is this AI, is this a bot? A clue is how often they post screenshots - none at my last round of counting. So, getting rid/discouraging these types of artificial 'accounts' is important.
The problem you face as a casino forum is that for most, it's a short life span - i do a lot of stuff around the house/helping mates out with theirs so i'm part of a few DIY/Builder ones - as i'll do that probably until they stick me 6 foot under, i'll always be in and around those forums - gamblers, hit with SOW, no play time, will maybe not be that long a serving member, so you're going to get a lot of turnaround.
Comp wise - fine line to balance - it's good to reward members but in my own personal viewpoint if i see a forum is just a series of 250 quid comps (i have no interest in taking part in comps nowadays) then i find it off putting (or i'll go to LCB) (Blackjax will disagree :-p)
It's quite simple though in theory - a vibrant community, exchange of views gives a good start.

I wouldn't worry about getting paid (unless t and c breach) - they're not ones for denying £££ to winners (not like 888.com)
Worst case is they pay you, decide to never offer another bonus etc.
probably find it goes in on the 72 hour mark - Party like it's 2008 with those times

I am scared now. I have a fully verified account at Casigo. I made a deposit of INR 20000 (£200) and got 150% bonus. It was a personalized bonus. They sent me a video with my name and description of bonus and how much they like my presence at the casino. I managed to clear wager and requested INR 180,000 (£1800) withdrawal. Its been more than 60 hours. Maybe its weekend so thats why withdrawal is delayed.

I got outrightly banned from the site  but most folk who get BB just don't get the offers anymore - they tell you sometimes you are BB, other times you noticed cos you don't get any offers .
Their Business Model was, almost to compensate almost for the sluggish games/***** payout times was the 100-200% offers up to 3/4 times a week so to hammer folk for taking them is weird (or winning from them - but they were 40WR i think anyhow, not like they were x5-x10)
Being said they are a fairly reputable brand who don't pay you for no good reason

Bonus ban in the sense they stop giving you bonuses or they send you an email saying you have been bonus banned, right! Its not like you request a cashout and then they tell you you were bonus banned.

Yeah, when i played at WHG they were notoriously slow (baffling as the quicker you pay out, quite often, the quicker the casino gets it back from a lot of players) - 3-5 days wasn't madly out there.
That was years ago and not sure why but some sites like 21 casino started paying in hours.
Regardless, not a group with many perks: they bonus ban you quite often (i was BB even though i rarely cashed out from them and the BB you if you do - hard logic to follow - i get why casino's limited bonus's to players but pretty insane when they're the ones offering them in the first place)
Low RTP's, average WR, slow payers - they kind of got stuck in a time warp
That was years ago but certainly not a Group i missed.

If you think casino's are bad for breaking terms, try an insurance company with their requirements (and your non compliance) for a policy to be voided🤪
Well over the years we've heard players with supposed legal teams behind them ('My Lawyer has been contacted'), yet they never go anywhere.  A suppose a Letter Before Action might help in the odd case but folk would only go the court route for large amounts i imagine. And there would be no point if it was a Crypto with no licence, or a Costa Rica one.

Mr P Just for your information he has broken terms of a casino and accepts it but does not want to elaborate. Secondly I assume its a crypto casino and I believe its Stake casino. You still suggest going to court? Cryptos and Jurisdiction together are part of a bad love story as far as I know.

First and foremost, whilst you can't eliminate the risk you need to use a complaints process you can reduce the need by due diligence on both the casino and the terms ( and i do agree with you on the points of unenforceable terms possibly being rolled out)
Subject of ADR's v 'Informal' processes - i prefer the latter. I think it is more transparent than faceless ADR rulings. I also think, you get a good rep like Olle at Bitstarz you'll have a better chance of getting heard than a faceless ADR - bare in mind as well, where we can see the casino reply to complaints (on either a forum and/or a complaints process) it helps: true, the casino may be playing a PR exercise but it allows them to demonstrate they're not always the bad guy - players have a convenient tendency to leave out critical information.

Quick point about conflict of interest declarations....they're generally limited/useless as a control against wrong doing.
Fine, if you're an employee with no intention of doing malfeasance, managers don't want employees having their integrity questioned (and therefore go: you can't look at this because that's your brothers company so i'll give it to John instead etc), use by HR in disciplinary cases.
Years ago we were looking at a fraud and connections between people/companies: ah, there's CoI declarations, why wasn't that picked up? Because you'd have be be pretty thick to declare an interest and then engage in skullduggery (or, maybe genius: of course he wouldn't say that and do that: it's too obvious)

Is this horse well and truly flogged?
The complaints team is a complaints team - i don't think people need to be told they work for AG because what, otherwise they might assume they work for a casino?🤪
Will there be potential for conflicts of interests between an affiliate site who handle complaints?  (you can see it across many sites)- i think yes (same for large accountancy firms who offer consultancy work for the companies they perform statutory audits for) and, just like there, it needs to be managed (the upside though is that you get good relationships with said casinos and ergo, providing the casino isn't as dodgy as an EU Banana, may achieve a favourable complaints outcome)
As for details to the T about who handles the complaints and, what, if they have completed conflict of interest declarations, you'll struggle to see any/if at all of that type of information on an Ombudsman's website.
So basically you want the names of the Complaints Team published and then a signed off conflict of interest form published on here? Er...no.
You're always free to go to the casino's nominated ADR if you can't get the assurances from a FREE service here. Speaking of going to an ADR....they've be even less transparent as, bar one i believe, they don't publish ANY complaints decisions. ADR's also charge the casino.  Informal dispute resolution, such as here, has the perks that folk can read the actual rationale - ADR, you don't get that.
It's a model that has pro's and con's on both sides.
Even having complaints directed directly to a regulator might not be great - less risk of conflicts but, with the volume they'd take on, i imagine less success for players possibly.
The other thing is sites such as here have a lot of different revenue streams from many, many casinos - the less reliance you have on one source of revenue the risk reduces etc.
I think you've sufficiently beat this horse to an inch of its life.

Yeah, they have a forward facing presence, their chat responds quite quickly etc but it's a bit smoke and mirrors - always found them to be quite intransigent with a lot of issues. There's no wiggle room (unlike say Bitstarz who appear to judge 'issues' on a case by case approach), they find you guilty of Charge A: you're doing hard time.  I imagine if you work with them re formal complaints that would pan out the same.
Even with other smaller issues i've found them quite hard work - i thought, last year or so ago, contacting them over a small, easy to fix issue would be resolved (basically we'd completed the 750 win trophy which would have gave a red wheel - it didn't even appear as an o/s one - basically a glitch their end) - 32 emails later....still wasn't fixed. Gave up the proverbial ghost.
