Issue with withdrawal and verification on Casumo

Has anyone had issues withdrawing from Casumo and verifying their account? 

I'm still waiting to get verified after nearly 2 weeks. I had a big win of over 43 thousand euro and they suspended my account. I've uploaded all documentation and have yet to receive a response. I can't get the funds out either and it's frustrating.

Quite a hard casino to get an answer from - used to be great customer service but not so much now

43k won't break a casino's bottom line but Casumo have been hit with a lot of fines over the years and have a tendency to drag their feet/ask for extra docs.

Suggest you check their complain process and lodge one because though 43k isn't chump change, it's not enough to warrant a 2 week delay

Hello and welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. 

Have they given a reason why it has taken so long? Are they responding to your contact requests? If not then please submit a complaint, if they are please let us know the reason they are giving for it taking so long.

Casumo, plus many other casinos, were once young and very energetic...now they are old and walking with a stick. New young ones have since taken over the scene, so these new guns should be more energetic and speedier in every sense, so go with the young guns instead!:D

I uploaded my passport 16 days ago. Both pic and scanned version and now after no response in over 2 weeks they're asking for additional ID. Another stall tactic. I have used my passport for identification in all aspects of life without issue. Its valid and in date so no idea what their problem is. I have lodged a complaint with MGA but no idea how long this will take. Complete joke...

It’s better to log a complaint at AskGamblers tbh. Do you know how to do that?

I've also sent them government ID today on top of my passport. 

God knows what they'll ask for next!
