The minute you click spin the win is pre-determined - even if the reels take 2 minutes or 20 minutes to spin in it's decided at the point you click. Hence there are no 'near misses' with reels and symbols. So, yes it's via a random number generator. Bit like when Wild Desire starts on some sites - the balance goes up before it finishes. No one should want to play at a RTG casino 

Used to be a great casino - not so much now, just average. Withdrawal times, last time i went to take out, had gotten worse. Not sure what's gone on - them and guts have had a bit of a fall from grace.

Agree with Afi that RTP is limited in it's use and i would never use it solely as a reason to play slots BUT there are some casinos who can pick and choose whether to run with the higher or lower ones for each slot and these should be avoided but one must take it into consideration   . 

Wouldn't touch them as a casino - blacklisted on several sites, rubbish licence....just pray you don't win!

To be fair there have been instances whereby companies (Game Tech being one of the group with rogue operators in the past) have been found to had table games whereby the player couldn't win.
