Red Queen Casino - Realex Score

Well...slightly miffed with this one. 

 

Opened account....bank transaction declined - apparently the card i was using failed their Realex fraud score (but...they can't say why other than 'it's not saying there is fraud etc). I've never charged back any deposits etc and it's the card i always use.

 

However the deposit was taken out of my account....the casino are saying it should be refunded (which begs the question how, if it was rejected, was it taken).

 

Anyone else heard of casinos using Realex?

Never heard of the casino but I have been in a similar situation where I've made a deposit and it said rejected at the casino but money taken out of my account and yes the money did appear back in my account as the payment was never accepted by the casino.

 

I'm sure it will go back into your account.If you phone your bank they'll say it's a pending transaction. (I'm speaking for UK banks, not sure if they all work the same)

They want the usual utility bill - electricity, water or gas - but must show my name and the same address I used for registration. The home address is the same, but the bill is under my late father's name, so that's not accepted. My bank statement is under my name, but has a different address, so that's not accepted either. So I told them "go fly a kite!"

Did you not send them a DNA sample?

 

My fav is when they say 'yes that's fine...but it needs to be in COLOUR'. What? You not heard of saving the planet?

 

OR...when a casino said 'online statements no good...must come in POST'

 

so....i printed it off from online and dog eared the ends/folded it....and hey accepted

I don't have gas, electric or water bills either!! Bit silly really we are in 2017 now casinos should start to realise that most 'bills' are now generated online!

Well, over at my place, we still get the hardcopy of the monthly utility bills, even though payments can be made online.

Well...UKGC should take this into consideration...because it's mostly their requirements!

The earlier casinos accepted my mobile phone bill...but all UKGC regulated casinos have rejected them!

I've never used a Gas, Electric or Water bill! I use a catalogue bill or simply a letter, also if I have a bank statement I'll use that but that's all online too so it's if I have one in date I'll use it and I've never had a problem.
