      My biggest hit off it was about 2.5 k but well over a year ago. It's in my top 5 of high variance but lord.       Really depends on the casino. When my partner wanted to open an account with Videoslots we asked was it ok...confirmation, yes. Same for Betat...all they said was 'don't play at the same time'. The only time anyone of them has gotten funny was if we both went to claim the same bonus offer. We've had numerous withdrawals and no issues. Got written confirmation as well (how well that'd hold up in court, i'll let a lawyer comment) I can't see anything wrong as long as it's not on the grounds of self exclusion. Or if your wife suddenly starts taking every bonus under the sun. Its strange - t's and c's even say 1 per IP address but i've never found this to be the case

      That's very irresponsible advice they're giving...I'd steer clear. Clearly their support needs some training. 20 quid withdrawal will be fine...200? Possibly...then you'll get hit with you broke the terms. Talk about a cold sweat if you'd a decent withdrawal. No worth it. I was banned by the Group so clearly i have a grudge

You call them the financial team, prefer to call them the-team-who-are-on-commission-to-withhold-money-because-a-minor-breach-of-a-term-was-found-after-10-hours-of-searching

      Never grabbed a screenie but just incase anyone thinks i hate Netent games (only 90% true).... I was taking a battering on BTG's slots and decided, other than liking DOA, to try Koi Princess. Managed to get the sure win feature, princess came in on a quid on 4th spin in, and ended up 675x from the feature.

      Basically i was playing roulette with a free chip....i was doing 100 plus stakes at one point when the max, per their terms, was 2.50 (so just a bit over) It sat pending for over a week, so i presumed they were 'auditing' it - i was just assuming they'd email and say but then it came as processed.... I knew i was breaching but given that wagering was so steep i thought what the *****.

      We've all had instances whereby we maybe gambled too much, so I think in that respect 'reigning' it in needs to be done. And I agree that it works... However, all gamblers need to be wary of when it goes from the above to an addiction. Once that happens there is no controlling it. You're not, and never will be able to. I never see alcoholics being able to only have one or 2. So anyone who falls into this mould just needs to stop, forever. Fine line and one that everyone should bear in mind and be careful of. If you played EmojiPlanet as your first slot however you'd probably never slot again

      Im sure the casino has a disclaimer to something like this in their t's and c's. All boils down to what they reasonably could have expected to have in place in terms of their security. Just because there was a breach doesn't necessarily mean they were negligent. Having said that it's an interesting point - if you could tie losses back to the bot then could argue that they had a duty of care, they broke it and as a result you suffered a loss. BUT it is gambling and special points around the law wouldn't follow this typical 'negligence' and financial loss criteria. Maybe someone from a licensing authority would have more detail/expertise.
