      Remember that it’s responsible gambling week.       I got 300 quid wager free cash last month just for playing ELK and had a few withdrawals on the wager free spins. Promos were decent for a smaller company and better than some of the bigger places who offer you free spins x40 wagering (not interested in those deal one iota). I’d a bad start with them (claiming I failed a card fraud test etc or something that I’d never heard of before) but came good and started to play more often. Hopefully natural selection will get rid of the clip joints in the future l. Won’t hold breath.

      Shame....one the smaller, more personal feeling casinos. And yet the dodgy ones continue UK based i believe? Prepare for more of this - there's been a few white label Every Matrix casinos that have as well (don't care about those). UK Govts tax increases....coupled with a no deal Brexit (yep, back to the good old Island mentality) by an incompetent bunch of alleged Cambridge educated morons and any UK based are sitting ducks. To be fair it's not just that - the market is heavily saturated....worst case? Left with the high street brands like Will Hill/Coral etc. Ugh.

      If you feel strongly then go through the complaints process....so, to get it right, they asked you were you in control initially and you said yes? Was it then in chat you said no? Anyhow, don't know about the chat transcripts (GDPR?) but, as far as casino's go, i would be very surprised if they've taken to creative editing as they're probably as trustworthy as casinos go (not that you should trust any casino ). Plus, i wouldn't like to think that chat support had transcript editing abilities Chat transcripts are as valid as a phone call, an email, a letter etc in terms of being an 'official record'. They have a data protection officer and you could always put a subject access request in to them - metadata doesn't lie and if pulled from the system it should all be there.

      Latest news on the once great Betat...newsflash...they have now added Play n Go. Excellent...you get rid of your decent slots (BTG) and bonus structure (citing some weird reason about site upgrades - yeah, right), leaving a casino that only had MG and Netent and adding a third provider is newsworthy (only about 22000 titles behind Videoslots and Slotsmillion) Sorry Betat I'm afraid our relationship has come to an official end.       Oh they can be frustrating... it’s not as fun a slotting experience as other providers for sure. But Compare it to Most Netents... you know you’re never (bar a few slots) hitting massive X wins. Push Gaming show, more than BTG in my mind, that they walk the walk. It’s not all smoke and mirrors. Gamblers will accept awful sessions... what we don’t like is playing with zero potential ;-) Best to mix playing it up with a lower variance game ;-)

      No real tricks... I’d just been playing HJ and got to around 200 odd. Decided to do 100 JJ on 20ps. First lot put me even with a few free spin rounds and that massive win came in the second lot. So I reckon I was 150 in to that session. My informal observation is that iv gotten my biggest wins in the first few hundred session spins recently - it’s not like DOA whereby you pound it into submission. As for the free spins...there were two knocking around for ages and then the third dropped to trigger it. Two were moving side by side for ages and the third crept into make it 3 way Jars for a win. Pretty sure it was a strawberry link up on the 3 that gave 900 quid in one win (can’t be sure) I don’t recommend starting on JJ on a quid or more. Best to low roll and if you get it up try 50 or so. Let’s be honest, this games spitting out 1000x wins like they’re going out of fashion - u don’t really need to bet massive amounts to have a decent withdrawal. Mrs P was like bet u wish u were on the pounds... if I have been I’d have been busto by now...

      Starter for ten... Rizk and Kaboo and are two separate licences. Therefore, strictly regulation wise, you could have one account on SE and another not. Having said that MT have said that if you exclude from MT, they’d apply it across the Betit group as well - this must have been a policy decision (like Leo Vegas applying SE to Royal Panda - no regulatory requirement to do so as different licences) So, following their own policy, you should have been SE from all of them in the Group. But I’m a bit confused - did you SE from Rizk? And then reopen?

      The current ones are: Bonanza - PR Victory from the eyebrow raising BTG....still though....isn't as high variance/potential laden as made out though. DHV - though it has been stone cold Steve Austin for the last 6 months - software update anyone? Napoleon - a good High Variance slot from Blueprint of all people Jamming Jars - Yeah Fiekie, i was wrong you were right....apparently the slot with the most 1000x winners in some places already. Really? Peking Luck - again a HV slot, from the increasingly improving PP Genie Jackpots - the best of the blueprint Megaways - unlike Buffalo this actually pays. Lucky Lady's Charm - Novomatic are a great provider. The games may look 90's and sound it but they can hit great - especially retiggers in the bonus. The above pretty much gobble up my budget.... In terms of the classics.... Secrets of the Stones Reel Steal DOA - Whilst not the fanciest slot, in terms of maths/pays probably the best slot produced IMO (funny how the above are all Netent) Immortal Romance - in excess of 15 4 reel Wild Desire it has to be here. But not as loose as it once was. First slot i really got my teeth into (arf arf) Valdes - sorry, no space for PNG....i've tried to like them and whilst I've had decent wins i just can't take to them.       Just remember that Caddell's/WHG are notorious for banning people if you take (and win) too many bonus's (why offer them?) - used to be a full ban from the group, now they're a little more lenient and it's simply a bonus ban. I was fully banned from the group and then got an email saying they'd reviewed it and i could re-open my account. I politely declined. They say 48 hrs pending but as far as i know it was closer to 24hrs, which is grand. A decent suite of casinos whose games run smoothly etc.

      Quite enjoyed Halloween Jack as well - Novibet were running a promo re wagering and thought i'd give it a go. Managed to wager the grand on it it alone and barely dipped below my starting balance. On a Netent If it played like that often it'd be a good bonus wagering slot but i doubt it. Getting the 4 at the end had me thinking i was going to get all 5 for the 3000x. As for JJ - probably close to 3.5k up on it over 3 weeks but what makes it better is that most of the bets have been below a quid. Not many slots can do that. But boy - upped to a quid and it just died. Luckily Immortal restored me so i'm calling it quits.
