I guess it may be literally impossible for any Asian casino to open up to European and the global market...the obstacles and hurdles would simply be tremendous.
What I was thinking of, was the reverse, actually. An established European casino setting up a totally new Asian based casino, and operate the casino as any other Asian casino (without the need for KYCs, SoWs, restrictions, limitations and whatnots). Funny thing is that the Netherlands openly stated that cuaracao licences will change in the near future and since then (2 years) no news came up.  Now imagine an asian online casino trying to expand to EU. It would hit so many walls that in the end its more easy to expand to Canada than here.
