  1. Hi All, TradaCasino wish to clarify the following: No funds have ever been confiscated from this players account. This can be proven to any authority that approaches us with this complaint, including the AskGamblers complaints team. TradaCasino do not offer iDEAL as a payment method.   2. Hi Shafiek, This rule is stated in the Bonus Terms section (https://www.tradacasino.com/promotions/BonusTerms), the same place where we stated the original maximum bet. It is also stated on the information page for the welcome bonus. The term was implemented as a deterrent to players who have been engaging in a spate of fraudulent activity, however I cannot go into any further detail as to exactly what the fraudulent behaviour is. As I said, this term can be lifted when prior approval is obtained from the support team but it is at the discretion of the TradaCasino team and we cannot guarantee we can do it for all players.   3. Hello All! I would like to respond to this topic. The maximum bet of €/$/£2 or SEK20 is associated with the welcome bonus for Skrill and Neteller deposits. Players who wish to bet more than this when taking the welcome offers may request an increase prior to placing any bets using the bonus funds and it is up to the discretion of the live chat agents as to whether they will grant this. This term was implemented in order to combat some recurring fraudulent activity that we have been trying to manage, and our option was to either remove Skrill/Neteller bonuses completely or implement this term. We do not want to damage the experience of our genuine players who enjoy using these payment methods, so this was the best option in order to maintain a positive customer experience. The player who has posted this complaint will be receiving a refund of their deposit as they broke maximum bet term on all bets placed while using a bonus. Thank you, Rachel @ TradaCasino.
