It is indeed a very unwelcoming situation to be in, but that 'nanny' does many things that 'kids' simply don't like. Only experienced players residing in the UK may be able to give reasonably accurate answers to your questions @Blaggitt, especially when it involves Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) matters as in your case.

Hi @Casss, welcome to the forum. Firstly, you need to keep your casino account profile updated and correct at all times. If changes have occurred, you need to inform the casino immediately. Many casinos do not allow changes to be made manually by the members themselves, so this must be done either with the assistance from their Live Chat service, or via email to their Support Team. In your case, have you actually asked the Live Chat host or Support Team to delete that old card and to add a new one, or to update your other profile details? Once that has been done, you can then ask the casino to recall and resubmit the payment to the new card.
