@cocopop3011 I totally agree! A photo of a win on a screen can be of anybody's win, unlike a screenshot taken from own desktop/laptop/smartphone.

@jan duchau Any chance of getting a game log (betting history) of that win bro? That screenshot is a Replay, so it could have happened on any earlier day, even though you took the screenshot on the 11th Feb, know what I mean bro? It's best that you include a game log so that @cocopop3011 can confirm that it was won on the 11th.

@jan duchau Your 10th Feb screenshot submission doesn't show the date nor the time, so a game log is needed in this case. You said you had to phone pic the win from your friend's house...so was it you playing or your friend???!!! I think you need to resubmit your screenshot from your own computer...everything looks suspicious to me!

I don't take any 100% bonuses even if it has only 30x bonus wagering. For me, all welcomes bonuses of 150% - 200% should have a max of 40x bonus wagering. Special 300% - 500% bonuses should have a max of 40x d+b wagering. Anyhow, I only play at EU casinos whenever I have to, like for AG's contests for example. I'd rather stick with my regular Asian casino with its super low 5x d+b wagering. No other casino anywhere on this planet can ever match that!

@cocopop3011 Only the last 3 slots? Oh geeees, I played more than that...5 to be exact...my favourite Magnificent 5 Playtechs. 3 played well, Panther Moon not so good, True Love was bad. Best was my top favourite Heavenly Ruler - that screenshot can be seen in February's Contest. Thai Paradise wasn't paying as good but still okay.

@jan duchau Make sure you post your screenshot before the 24 hour time limit expires (the time and date the screenshot was taken), or else it won't quailify!

Whenever a player makes a big withdrawal, as in your case, your entire gameplay goes to the casino management for a thorough scrutiny - to ensure that no terms or rules have been broken. This may take 1 week or so, depending on how much of game play is involved, before a decision can be given to you. Just be patient and wait for the results to be announced.

@loceff13 I don't agree totally and I think you have got it wrong! What does a selfie holding an ID tells the court that the person didn't do it??? NOTHING!!! It is not even an evidence against the committed crime! That person could have done it himself, or could have been done by someone else...only a thorough investigation with proof can determine that! Don't be fooled by what the casino staff tells you! Its all a delaying tactic and making things a lot harder for all of us to get our account verified, or to avoid paying our winnings! Ask any lawyer if there's a selfie requirement for any KYC procedure...none!

Let's face it, there is absolutely NO NEED to take any more new measures in any AG or provider's contest than there already are. @Icy A lot of other words are censored too...to avoid all that, change the correct spelling into incorrect ones and they will appear! Eg, helll. And by the way mate, you've got the wrong person at the 2nd placing in the leaderboard...that should be me. Now you're becoming more like our @cocopop3011 !!!

@jan duchau What you are saying is the possibility of a collusion between a participating AG member and an outsider (friends) in a contest, any contest. If someone wants to cheat, there are thousands of ways to cheat...getting someone else to play for you, or using someone else's screenshot, for example, right? Honestly speaking, would anyone want to share a measly 70 EUR prize money with a friend whose screenshot has been used in a contest? I wouldn't! 70 EUR is already not much for oneself, much less to share it out with friends. In big casino-organised contests, maybe yes, because the prize monies would be big, not like AG's. In your case, as in my case too, your name and my avatar are visible in our screenshots...anyone can identify to whom the screenshot belongs to. With most other screenshots, nothing is identifiable to show who the player is...it could be anyone else playing! I think being trustworthy is more important in any of AG's contests rather than to identify any collusionist trying to cheat and win.

Just to let everyone know...I have just received my withdrawal payment into my Skrill a few minutes ago. It took a while cos they don't process over the weekend, but I'm happy enough the payment has been made and settled. Slotamba may be a bit slow, but still reliable!

@Icy What? You think all that returned money belongs to AG? That AG can then use them for future contests? Don't forget mate...the PAYMASTER is GiG, not AG! I may be wrong but I don't think so.
