      Katy, I faced the same problem as you did! Here's how I got around it: 1. Right click on your screenshot image and save it as a JPEG file in your computer 2. When adding a post here, use the 'More Reply Options' at the bottom right 3. Then click 'Choose Files....' 4. Insert your screenshot JPEG file 5. Click 'Add To Post' 6. Type in your message, then click 'Add Reply' 6. VOILA!!!
