  1. Nope! You are wrong! Valdes is happy for @cocopop3011 because the forum is her baby. Valdes is happy elsewhere with his baby!
  2. Whaaat? Was there ever any doubts at all? Needless to say, @cocopop3011 is like no other mod or admin staff anywhere else...incomparable...one of a kind...the best admin to grace Planet Earth...and maybe in the entire Solar System too! (Can't speak for the aliens though, hahaha)
  3. That's not quite true @cocopop3011. ST winners are paid in 4 kinds of prizes...lootboxes, tickets, coins and cash...so Pragmatic Play can issue real money if they really want to. But AG is not a part of PP, so that may be the underlying barrier. Nonetheless, charity should know no bounds!
  4. To our @Jelena_PragmaticPlay darling, please make this next contest a cash one too. Can never have enough of that!
  5. That stupid wagering rule was exactly why I had closed my account at Winz.io some months ago. I will never accept any casino doing that kind of rubbish to me!
  6. @Flappy_aff1 I just had a quick browse into your Flappy Casino website, looked at the welcome packages and bonus terms, but sadly to say, there's nothing really interesting there, not for me anyway. Don't even know if Skrill is available or not for me, but I won't be registering just to find out, unless there's a very good exclusive offer to Askgamblers members. Here's one statement that really isn't right... But wait, there's more! Brace yourselves for the mother of all casino welcome bonus offers The mother of all casino welcome bonus??? A 100% deposit bonus without any free spins, but a 50 EUR or more deposit would get 50 free spins? That's below other casinos' standards, so forget about that mother of bonuses thing. Wagering is 50x, again not the kind most would like. And frankly speaking, Altacore is not in my good books either. Sorry mate, just saying what I'm thinking out loud.
  7. Whoooa! I thought you are a man! Welcome to the forum @Valko. Hope you'll enjoy your stay here...and do make it a loooong stay!
  8. To each his own bro. We all suffer from the same predicament, but differently!
  9. My account at Betonred is now officially closed. That was a fast reply from the casino's support though, hehehe.
  10. If such things can happen to Jackpot Wheel spins, imagine how normal slots would be affected as well, albeit in different manners of course.
  11. Well Helena, it's not only that. Their wagering terms are 35x deposit+bonus, so that's a minus point as well. Anyway, for anyone interested in taking up that nice 100 no-deposit free spins, better consider all the above points first.
  12. A great casino? I don't agree! I've just tried to get in touch with a live agent...over 20 minutes of waiting still no one came to chat! Then I looked at the deposit options...Skrill was supposed to be available but not for my country! Conclusion? Forget it BetOnRed! Have just requested for closure of that new account!
  13. I signed up at the casino, played the 100 no-deposit free spins on Bonanza Billion, won 21 EUR, but cannot play the money until I make a deposit. WTF! No thank you!
  14. Fingers crossed that all payments can be made in one go, although I don't think it's too high of a probability. Thanks all the same @cocopop3011
  15. Well bro, you know Johnny , with his "I'm done" talk, and that may as well include his "I've excluded myself from all land based casinos" (said not too long ago, as I can remember).
  16. @ales200 Yes, yes, need to relax more, even though it's Summer all year long over at my place!
  17. @cocopop3011 It has NEVER been about you...nor about Askgamblers...it has always been about GiG not doing their part as we members had expected. AG was doing great before the take over, so GiG shouldn't have much problems in keeping up with the previous set of AG standards! Nonetheless, enough complaints already from me. Just hope that GiG would butt up and perform better. Then I can start praising them for a nice change. (Pssssss...drop that 28 days rule please GiG! Nobody does thing that slowly! Hahaha)
  18. Talk about a reasonable transition period, talk about trying to keep up with the standards of the old acquired company, talk about implementing new rules wherever required...any efficient take-over company would have things running smoothly in a matter of a few weeks at most. How long ago did GiG took over AG? Obviously, I'm expressing my great dissatisfaction at GiG now...until they can prove themselves worthy of praise and reliability!
  19. Bro, in my honest but very blunt opinion, I think GiG doesn't give a hoot about Askgamblers.com and treating this once great company like a 2nd class citizen! Every service offered to AG is of the lowest level!!! PROVE ME WRONG YOU GiG GUYS!!!
  20. Even well known and reputable European casinos cannot be fully relied upon nowadays, but I guess most players (especially in Europe) do not have any other choice but just have to accept them and play at them...enslaved for ever!
  21. This Spitfire Casino has gotten low ratings by certain casino reviewers, so it isn't a good place to play at in the first place. It's a new casino no doubt, so a lot of teething issues can be expected, and what you're going through right now may be one of them. They are also one of many casinos that may require you to submit Source of Wealth (SoW) / Source of Funds (SoF) when and if required. All in all, there's nothing good about the casino as far as I'm concerned! You also need to tell us first whether you played with Bonus money or not, and what kind of games you played (slots/table games/poker, etc). The size of your bets may also affect your issue here, cos if you're playing with big bets (eg over 10 EUR per spin), then the casino may scrutinise your account first, which may incur some extra waiting time on your side.
