Thanks mate, kind of you to help out. Well, I have tried out some other C&C games, plus a few other RTS games, but none were to my liking, not as much as Red Alert. C&C Generals, and Yuri's Revenge are also my favourites, have played them using cds before (Windows 95 version), and these games need those cds to be installed in order to be played again. Purchasing them online would be the solution, but I'm not keen on that option at the moment. Anyway, if you have any good RTS game to suggest, I may give them a try, but must be freeware, hehehe.

My choice of strategy games is very limited I'm afraid. Really want to play Command & Conquer games but the ones that are free aren't to my liking...so I let them zombies eat my brains once in a while!

The timing of the verification of the game account is set individually for each game account. So, Ivsan, have you since submitted the additional supporting documents to the casino? If you haven't, shouldn't you do that now, then see what happens after that?

I had attached my ID photo to the live chat host to claim my birthday bonus, as stated in the email I had received. Nope, not accepted. She wanted it to be uploaded into my account. Okay, fair enough, so I did that...I uploaded my ID (front and back) documents into my account. She told me they don't accept scanned copies of ID documents. Whaaat??? I had uploaded photos of my ID, NOT scanned copies! Can't they even see the difference between photos and scanned copies? Then she asked me to take photos of my ID again, using another background...and I replied FORGET IT!!! I closed the chat window with her, opened a new window with a guy, and he got my account closed upon my request. Well, some casinos can be tricky, some can be dubious...but if they cannot know a photo from a scan copy, I'm not staying with them, period!
