      Well mate, you can either trust the reviewers or trust the ex-players! Once you have played at any of their casinos, then you can compare them with Direx/Dama NV casinos and see the differences yourselves! I had closed all my accounts at Aspire Global casinos...for slow customer services, for rejecting my documents, for rejecting my banking statement as a SoW document, etc, etc, etc!

      Oh, one very important thing I just remembered...all Aspire Global casinos have this one rule...you cannot claim the welcome bonus if you already have claimed a welcome bonus at another of their sister casinos! RUBBISH ruling!

      I had a quick read on their bonus terms when I was checking up on the casino...as far as I can remember, the bonus is non-sticky, real money is played first, so wagering should start from the very first spin. However, being an Aspire Global casino, which I don't really trust that much, it is better for you to thoroughly check yourself the other T&Cs.

      My country is listed as restricted too, but seeing that the casino is under Aspire Global, I'm simply not interested to participate, even if not restricted.

      Mate, for such an issue, you should use the 'Suggest an edit' option (located just under the casino info, on the right), then inform the Askgamblers team that your country is not a restricted country as indicated in the casino review. No need to go through our Coco-pop-pop.

      Aaah...that's why the casino has a MGA license...it's most probably operated by MT SecureTrade staff too, or maybe not, but that doesn't matter much I guess. Is the casino open to the global market or only for your country? Anyhow, MT SecureTrade is not very popular with punters, which you probably know already, but if it's the only local online casino in your country, then it's worth giving them a try. My local Asian online casino is simply the best for me, even better than any European online casino! No hassles, no KYC or SoW bulls, no max bet size limitation, and customer support is simply marvelous.

      I visited their website again tonight but it simply won't let me view what games or providers they are having...it won't go beyond that stupid landing page! Anyway, I checked the casino review section here and saw that Caxino hasn't got Playtech games...so no go for me.

      Well mate, that is indeed one more legal matter to be resolved! The problem is, we all know how legal matters can drag on and on for long periods of time, although about the logs issue, that is quite obvious. Again, it's probably the grey areas that are holding everything back. Just have to wait and be patient mate, no matter how long it may take them to come to a resolution.

      That's probably a million dollar question mate...or more realistically, a few thousand dollars question. The way I see it, your case involves a grey area about cashback calculation formulation. Mathematically, the formulas are legal for the casino...but are they fair to the players? That's the big question but there's no quick answer. If it involves a legal battle, only god knows how long it can be amicably resolved, or not at all. Perhaps a request for a status update from MGA once a month or two months should be okay and not be annoying to the authorities...but I really don't know mate.
