      I would say almost all provider games play without any RTP restrictions.       I knew all along that the very low RTPs that you saw were not the game's designated RTPs, but most probably were of your own play, or of the current RTP of that game at the casino. Several casinos had that RTPs indicated on their website, just to give players of how good or badly that game has been doing. This is the same thing as how Highweb casinos display the hotness or coldness of each game. When it shows cold, I skip that game! Hahaha.
