  2. The member has 48 hours, he’s done nothing wrong, there’s no need to treat him like he’s cheated, PP just need his player ID. I will publish the final leaderboard when I feel like we have allowed the player enough time for investigations.

  8. Surely, the bonus buy amount would show in this screenshot rather than 0,20? I am not familiar with bonus buy because it is banned in my country so I have never been able to use it. So please, correct me if I am wrong here?

  11. Please stop panicking about the bonus buy! This is why we ask for game logs and why the screenshot has not been confirmed yet. Whilst I don't believe it is a bonus buy, PP will confirm this to me once we have the Player ID. The Player ID will also confirm to me whether or not this win belongs to the player. If PP comes back and says it is a bonus buy, although I do not believe it is, then it will be disqualified.
  12. We already know this one is not a bonus buy from the replay link. We need to make sure the win belongs to the player, as we do with all new members who are not able to provide a game log history. We have these measures in place to make sure people are not using other peoples screenshots because unfortunately we have had someone try to cheat in the past. And no, we need a Player ID in this instance, which is normal practise.

  16. Sorry for not clarifying guys completely forgot to say, I removed the rule for this contest since we are limited to one game I thought it would help you find more casinos to play in without the rule.
  17. I just checked the review - so we already have 0-72 hours pending included and 3-5 days for cards and bank, I agree that we should remove fast withdrawals, so I will request this right now. You are also free to review and rate the casino yourself. More often or not when players rate a casino, they do take personal feelings into consideration, which isn't always something the casino has done, but maybe due to the fact they simply did not win. But we do take player reviews into consideration when scoring over time.
