      I'm not having a great start to the site. Keep getting a connection lost at the top of the screen and it wont let me input my details to register! Can't say I am a huge fan of the registration form, I like it to be quick and simple but it's not at the moment Are you having problems with your site Bruno? I'll keep trying

      Hello Lee K and welcome to AskGamblers. Sorry to hear you're having the run around with 888 Casino. You're actually the second person to post about this casino in 2 weeks! The great news is Lee that our other member who was having problems with their withdrawals got their money in the end so I wouldn't worry. Did they say exactly why there was a problem sending a cheque? A month seems a very long time to wait. What I would suggest is that you Submit a Complaint and take it from there. They can't expect you to wait indefinity without even a timescale - that in my opinion is too much of an ask of any player! Let us know how you get on!

      Hmmmm...there have been a few complaints raised at 7 Sultans Casino however I'm certain that if you stuck by all the terms and conditions and they can verify your documents that you'll get your money. Not sure why they are asking you again though if you verified to deposit - that doesn't make any sense. I would leave it another 2 days at least and then come back and tell us what's happened. If by then you haven't had a satisfactory response you can Submit a Complaint WR = Wagering Requirements This means when you accept a bonus you will need to playthrough it a certain number of times which will be stated in the bonus terms and conditions. You'll need to playthrough a certain amount before you can withdraw any funds. And yes you are correct once you see a cash balance and no bonus balance this means you have met your wagering requirements and you are free to withdraw.
