      Hi fcmkh88 and welcome to the forum Firstly, I'm not sure how sportsbetting works so it's a little difficult for me to understand exactly what's happened from your post. But 3 years is a pretty long time to keep this going, Is it only Betfair that are dealing with this or is there a third party involved too?

      Yep that was another new member I approved the first post. Regarding the logging out it's been happening to me for a while actually I assumed it was my browser though. Is anyone else having this issue?

      Hmmm..not sure what cubits is but if it is bitcoin our members here will know and reply. But why don't you take the issue up with your Visa company and ask why they cant accept the withdrawal since the casino can pay by this, right? P.s You could just google Cubits (it is bitcoin as I just found out)

      Hi docvet and welcome to the forum Hmmm..I have to honest I would have read those terms in the exact same way. The way I read that you can play any of those and if you hit the same number 3 times in a row you win. But you're saying is you have to hit the same number 3 times in a row on every game? On saying that...I've just read that again and I suppose it could come across that you have to get it on all games considering the jackpot was pretty big. However I strongly believe that they should state clearly that you need to get it on every game stated as it is misleading. I'm assuming their not willing to budge on their decision?

      Hi Vicho94 and welcome to the forum. Have you spoken to live chat to see if your documents have been verified yet? And also did you play with a bonus? Your first withdrawal will always take longer and since its a big they will undertake some checks on your gameplay before processing your withdrawal. However, there is still an acceptable timeframe for this. First find out if your documents have been approved yet.

      Hi mks1977. I'm afraid I'm not clued up on Canadian withdrawal methods and I would have suggested bank transfer but I see you've already said that's out of the question. And I do believe you're right when it comes to Neteller as we've had previous members here struggling with withdrawing from it. However, I do know that there members here with more knowledge when it comes to withdrawal methods for your country so I'm sure you'll get some replies soon. Just quickly as a last resort do they offer cheque?
