Wait so two seperate win screens are displayed? If they are then everyone should be taking a screenshot! I was under the impression two seperate winning amounts were not being displayed and that’s why people had submitted one and a game log? IF this is the case then we should be seeing two separate winnings screenshots plus the game log to tie everything together. Can you confirm this please? I can’t confirm it all with the provider tomorrow but would be helpful to confirm it all here tonight if possible.

Great now I understand. I’ll have a chat with the provider, but if this is how their games works it looks like we may have to tweak the rules on this occasion. I can’t do anything tonight now but I will update the topic tomorrow with my final answer.

Can someone please confirm this is the screenshot causing an issue. I have read every post since the first page however since I’ve not played these games it’s hard to understand how the games work with the seperate free spins issue.

I’ve not created any confusion, nor have I said these wins wouldn’t count. However there does need to be a winning screenshot.

And this is still the case. I need to go back to the start of this contest because there’s been a lot of posts from different people.
