      Ludicrus! Have you questioned them as to how they could even think that is a fake review? Seems like your honest opinion to me, nothing fake about that! And certainly not a way to act considering this is come from a Certified Casino! I'll see if I can get someone on to this. I can't promise but I will try, considering it is one of our Certified Casinos. I can see there is a rep replying to reviews - the one who has posted a 10-star review surprisingly so there maybe someone we can contact about this.       Hi @Jackpot1990x I've moved your topic to a better loaction, hope you don't mind. Welcome to the forum btw. I have played at Wink Bingo, but not sure Ii ever withdrew there. Anyway, yep I think that is pretty standard for a bank wire transfer. I'd probably expect at least 5 days so their 7-10 seems reasonable to me. Has the withdrawal been processed? It'll also depend on who you bank with as to how quick you'll get it.

      What! Are you being serious here? They can't block your account because of that surely. And to be fair that isn't even a negative review. Every casino has pros and cons and you have clearly listed some fantastic pros for them so I'm shocked that they think this is a bad review. Never ever heard of a casino doing this before. Not sure if this would warrant a complaint @ValDes?

      See now, Elk is another provider I could never really get that into and Sam on the Beach was one of the worse ones I played. Maybe it’s another provider I have overlooked then?
