  2. Moving forward, I may need to consider restricting the casinos you mentioned that allow you to play in any currency. But this is something I will need to research first, and will be considered for 2026. But for now, good luck!

  6. @marius1978 your post has been hidden as posts about currency conversion are only to be discussed by myself and the OP currently as per the rules. However - to touch on the minimum bet you mentioned, we’ve now tried this twice, the second time at members request and this caused far more problems for us. But please feel free to PM me if you’d like to discuss this. We keep this out of the forum now to avoid arguments
  7. So are you picking currencies to place lower bets compared to what it would be in USD? We currently don’t have a currency rule, but in the interest of fairness if I see a member purposely picking currencies to gain an unfair advantage then I may need to ban those currencies. Is this Pesos a currency you would normally bet in or are you picking this casino because it allows you to choose a currency to bet low? What is your local currency please? Also you’ve not done anything wrong - and your screenshots will be allowed in this contest The questions are so I can make sure I have all the correct rules in place moving firsts to make this fair for everyone and to see if I need to change anything

  16. I followed that instruction exactly. I went to EMTA and even the Chancellor of Justice. However, both declined to investigate, citing “broad discretion” or stating that the operator may use any method they choose (even if that method is impossible for the player). At this point I have fully exhausted the regulatory path as AskGamblers advised and the regulator has failed to act. Now that I have completed the regulatory escalation as instructed and have new evidence that was not available during my original complaint (OlyBet’s written admission that their process was inadequate), am I allowed to submit a new complaint based on these exhausted channels and new evidence? Please let me know if I now have the “green light”. If you didn't submit all the evidence the first time, it may be worth trying again. However, I can't promise that you won't receive the same reply. This is a complex case. But you are welcome to try again with more evidence but it is absolutely VITAL that you make sure you explain all this.
