      Hey everyone! Soooo, I need your help. But first..I need you all to think back to the very first time you started using our website. When everything was completely new to you and then think that that day is today! In the poll you see above are 'How to' video ideas which are videos that show you how to do something on our site, eg - How to create a forum topic Now I would like you to pick ALL the ones you think would be most helpful if you were in the situation I have just described above. Please try and answer these as if you didn't know how to already do them. I know most of our regulars here will already know how to do eveything listed but I still need your feedback on this guys. So, if you're a new member joining AG today which of those videos do you think you would watch and be of most use to you. Please remember to tick all the ones you'd watch as it is multiple choice. If you are a new member and are reading this then of course pick all the ones in the poll that you would like to learn how to do. IMPORTANT And then the second bit I'd like you all to help me with and this is a really important one too. Can you think of any other videos that you think would help either new players joining the site, or just anyone using the site and are unsure how to do something. This can be things that you either do on a daily basis that others might want to do and not know how or things that you only do now and again. Please list any suggestions below, any are welcome of course

      When it comes to exclusive bonus, they will be arranged for a certain time only so in this case it probably had expired, maybe it just wasn't removed from our site. But in answer to your question, it's not the casino backing out of the bonus, it's more than likely that the exclusive offer has ended. However @Blackjaxif you ever get an issue like this again it's always best to alert me straight away. This is something I can most definitely get an aswer to quite quickly as long as it is during office hours. So please, if it happens again please be sure to either contact me or create a topic and tag me. I'm glad you got the bonus in the end

I remember years ago when it was all very new to mobile and I said in this very forum how big mobile is going to get. At the time I think I was the only one here playing from a mobile device.       Had a free bonus from BGO earlier so I used it while I sat in the car waiting for the kids to finish after school club. Was only allowed on certain games so I blew it on Gonzo and Immortal Romance, but they'll never ever be like they used. to.

      I’ve been having the same issue too. Can you please try logging out, killing all tabs and then start again on the site. Also, try a different browser if you can and let me know if there’s a difference.
