Hey guys! As you all know we have been running our contests pretty much the same for a while now and it's really helped to get more people involved. Now it's time to change up the contests every month. I already have someones idea down for a one off bonus buy contest - but now is your time to tell me what kind of contests you want to see. For example - points based, selected slots, exclusive premium member contest idea etc etc For March we will be having new style AG Contests so please reply as soon you can so we can get these rolling

The return of Admin Points - Back by popular demand! Okay - so LOTS of you have asked how to become a Premium Member so that you can enter our Premium 750 EUR contests. I'm also trying to arrange other contests for premium members ONLY, which I'm hoping will happen this year, I am working on getting premium members exclusive content and contests . - If there's anything you'd like as Premium Member that would be exclusive to you please let me know (I cannot arrange bonuses/free spins etc) Anyway - for those of you who want to become a Premium Member, you can now earn admin points for your engagement in the forum. I will be awarding great content starting today. If you want to check your current points, let me know, and I can show you how many points you need. But the more you engage, the more points you'll earn. Once you reach a Premium Member, you can enter our 750 EUR contests. I am also working with our loyalty team to see if I can award you tokens once you reach a Premium Member status . This will be a one-off award for members reaching the threshold for the first time. PREMIUM MEMBERS - Please don't forget to tell me what kind of exclusive content you would like! And you haven't been forgotten about when it comes to points - I'm thinking of a "battle of the premium champions" idea - something where you guys will battle it out for who has the most points. Again these are things I need to work on throughout the year, so if you have any ideas, send them my way We have a 1,000 EUR forum prize fund every month and moving foreward I will be looking at changing up our contests monthly to new contests

It's not that hard - there's lots of things you can do to earn points & we are adding loyalty points into our contests

And this is why your case is more complex and why AG isn’t going to be able to help you with a complaint - we still believe you have been given the best advice. What was the outcome of your complaint at the site you used?

I’ve seen it from my phone just not had chance to reply yet but don’t worry I have seen it

We have a team who checks reviews for bots and those reviews are not published. CM will have their own reasons for blacklisting them which is nothing to do with us.

I understand that I really do, I just can’t open a complaint for you

Yes it does - because it takes you away from the forum. Pretty sure this happens on web too, or at least it used to.

And @bp54 even if the complaint was listed and it wasn’t resolved in your favour we still wouldn’t black list the casino based on one unresolved complaint.

I’ve already told you that I had no powers to file your complaint. The decision is not mine to make as I do not work on the complaints department snd they have already given you the best way to deal with this.

AG used to do some video content, I'll have to see what they're up to with it at the moment.

I think quite a lot of casinos have a social media prescence these days.
