  1. Can you ask the casino which withdrawal method is available? Explain you can’t use bank and the reasons why. Let me know what they say.

  3. Okay guys, I am aware some of you know that Blackjax entered the other forum contest. I have spoken with our casino rep and we have agreed that Blackjax will not be entering the CM contest going forward. This means his screenshots will be valid in this contest.
  4. I’ll try my hardest to sort it for you don’t worry After investigating last time, I found out that the casino can change currency, so I can’t see why it can’t happen this time. Let me know if you need my help.
  5. Oh noooo Afi - The casino should be able to convert your currency for withdrawal. In the end that is what I agreed with the previous casino to do, but you had already done the transaction. Please chat with the casino about converting to USD and let me know what they say.

And to add - if you bothered to actually contribute to our forum instead of not just entering when 100EUR is up for grabs you will know that nothing makes me happier than seeing new members win as well as existing members. There were no pre-determined winners in this contest. When I get new people winning in our screenshots contest, nothing makes me happier than seeing that person win. I then encourage them to take part in our other contests to keep winning. I am drawing a line under this now. I have more than explained enough, if you don't like it, you can PM me your complaint like I already said.
  7. I don't know what evidence you want me to post? Myself along with AG Staff Members randomly selected the winners from the list of COUNTRIES. You should know that I am only the only person who knows who are "regulars" in this forum. Other staff members don't use the forum. The list of entries was submitted with no forum usernames. All we looked at were countries. and that's how the winners were picked.

  11. For the rest of you who didn't win, I am sorry on this occasion. However - I have more contests arranged next year, which will also be free to enter and I am planning on making 2023 the best year yet! You are all welcome to come and join in. Some of them are random draws, some of them are entries based.
  12. Using the random draw I usually use would not work because we have so many country restrictions - if we could have multiple winners per casino then I could use the random draw. But chances are that random draw would have given me 12 winners but there’s no way we could find a casino to match each winner.
  13. The winners were randomly selected by myself and the team based on the players country of origins. We could only assign one winner per casino, and tried where possible to have a different country per casino. There was no “system” in place.

  15. Wow! First of all - I do not have any favourites. I have never favoured anyone more in this forum and I run monthly contests every month for EVERYONE to take part in. I have made these contests so fair so that eveyone can enter with no minimum forum posts. YOU have had months to enter free contests, but you’ve chosen never to enter. Please don’t accuse me of picking favourites when I work my arse of every month to try and get people like yourself to win these prizes but none of you decide to enter until the prizes are substantially more. Second of all - there were 51 entries and 10 winners, so everyone’s chances of winning were dramatically reduced by Sunday. Thirdly - if you want to delete your forum account, feel free to.
