  1. I have now received evidence from Skywind that the OP was playing in fun mode. Due to confidentiality, I cannot release it on the forum but I am satisfied that the player was in fun mode. Thank you to @RoyalStarsCasino for being so co-operative. @jan duchau I understand this is not the outcome you wanted but I ask you to remain respectful in your replies. Going forward I can only refer you to the regulatory body if you wanted to take this further. I also understand you wanted the reps full name but please note we are not a liberty to release such personal information in the forum.

  9. AskGamblers DO NOT make the determination! The end result of a complaint, once opened depends on how the casino or player responds. AskGamblers staff are trained to decide whether or not conplaints are accepted or rejected based on the guidelines you see when you try to submit a complaint. BUT once that complaint is open - it’s down to the casino and player to communicate with each other. Both parties must provide evidence to back up their side of the argument.
  10. But there are no conflict of interests. AskGamblers is AskGamblers, casinos are casinos. When a complaint is opened that complain is against the Player Vs Casino. AskGamblers act as the mediator between the two. Joe that complaint is resolved entirely depends on the casino or the player. AG will step in and close the complaint if the casino or player do not respond in the timeframe.

  15. What do you mean by casino personnel? AG staff do not work at or employed by any casinos.

  17. Hello and welcome to the forum, sorry it is not on better terms. So, in relation to the first part where your wagering was not going down, I assume you were playing bonus-banned games, were you? In relation to the cancelled bonus, you can use the AGCCS if you believe the casino cancelled your bonus. I would advise you to upload all of your communication with the casino to give it a better chance of being accepted. The casino will then have their chance to upload any proof they have on how the bonus was cancelled.
  18. All the Pragmatic Play rep said was that they have started restricting Indian players. I do not have direct access to this rep. Once they are ready to give a reason then I am sure they will or there will be a press release. I am not in a position to ask them this.

  22. The ones that are rejected don't get posted. I don't work for the AGCCS - but as you can imagine, some rejected complaints I would imagine are simply players that are sore losers. Players who know full well they didn't read the tc's but still want their money. No site can fill its pages with every single submitted complaint.
  23. I think this is where we can stop with the suggestions now guys. Thanks for your input I have a few new ideas I can roll with and of course we have previous contests that we can re-run. I will let you know when my contests are coming/if they come back.
