  7. To confirm the rules of these contests. If you are submitting a screenshot via mobile phone you are required to upload your game log so that we can see your time and date and bet size if not already available. If you are submitting a desktop screenshot that already shows time, date, casino, bet size you are not permitted to submit a game log, unless requested by myself. No pictures can be taken of a laptop. If you have, you’ll be asked to get a screenshot from the device. This rule currently applies to all contests, unless changed.

We have been running these contests for years, we have been running this website for years. You’ve tried to find faults in absolutely everything, with very little results tbh. We don’t need you to change the rules of the contest they’re running perfectly fine they way they are. But thank you anyway for your concern.
  9. I can guarantee you that no casinos reviews are copied and pasted. Copy paste from where? Every casino is different how can we copy paste from a different casino. Every single casino review gives specifics as long as we have that information. Unless it’s an old style review. All old casinos are currently being re-reviewed as no reviews have specific information. I challenge you to find any casino that has been copied and pasted.

  11. That’s your deadline, but not THE deadline. We don’t issue payments according to your deadline because then we’d have hundreds of deadlines if we had to consider everyone’s country. If payments are received by the end of my today I will chase them tomorrow.

  18. Well I was going to refer you to our player reviews, but I can see we don't have any yet. Whether or not you win will be down to luck, but I can't see any reason as to why if you did win, the casino wouldn't pay your winnings

  20. Please note that you are not permitted to ask any member to provide evidence of game logs. Blackjax and Fiekie submit game logs because they play from a mobile so we cannot see the date and time. This is the rules of the contest for EVERYONE who plays from mobile.

    Well if you created more than one account, they can pick this up during the verification stage and refuse your winnings. But if you didn't then we can move on from that. However, you should push for a reason why they closed your account. Can you get back in touch with them? It's really hard to offer any advice unless we know the reason why they closed it and they do owe you that explanation.
