The fact that you think your character as assassinated has nothing to do with me. I merely asked why you would sign up to a casino that you knew you were restricted from and knew that you could never get verified in or to receive a withdrawal. That is not assassinating your character it's barely pointing out the obvious. As an admin staff here, my job is to be completely unbiased, neither favoring the casino nor the player. But in this situation, it is very hard for me to help when you openly admitted in your first post that you knew were restricted but played anyway. I believe I have already given my insight - that on this occasion you're going to have to wait for them to complete their investigation. From my end, there is nothing further I can do. I am always more than willing to speak to team managers for players to see if we can get a direct response from casinos if situations are tricky, and our other members will tell you that I go out of my way to help day or night, even when I'm not working! But since this is a clear breach, I can't do anything further from my end. But, I sincerely hope that you do get your deposits returned soon.
