Have you tried E-cigaretts?
I had tried them in the past and felt they worked fine. For some reason though, I kept finding myself switching back to normal cigarets.
I decided last week to buy one of the new models and I couldn't believe the difference! The hit you get from this is better than any cigarette. I can't see any reason to smoke a normal cigarette ever again.
The best part is that it doesn't leave you feeling ill like a normal cigarette, you get the buzz without any of the bad.
Next week I am buying one of the high end models. The reviews on such models are all highly rated. Many people who have gone their whole life wanting to quit but never could, then they switch to ecigs and they quit without even having to try.
You will still be addicted to nicotine of course, but when you remove all other chemicals and toxins, nicotine on its own does not even feel like a bad addiction, it's actually enjoyable.

Yes, I've tried them, and use them very often. Just like you told, allthough you need less cigarettes, you keep on smoking them. But thanks to the e-cig I significantly smoke less tradtional tobacco.

Well, I am a smoker, and I have tried to quit many times. My record is 4 months without a cigarette.
Here comes the funny part, the first 2 - 3 weeks were rather easy, but then I felt starting to feel weak, sick, scared and demented. I could not focus any more, made mistakes on the job, felt panic when I walked on the street. At first I thought it was temporarily, just a phase I had to go through. But the opposite happened, and for everybody's better I called in sick. I felt so ill, felt lots of anxieties and had other medical issues, that after these 4 months I decided to smoke again. Within 2 weeks I transformed from an old senile, broken man into a reborn young stallion and was fit for work again, and all my problems dissapeared.
If you have an addiction, then quit completely, or don't. There is no in between. Most people only can overcome an addiction when they hit the bottom the very hard way. I have come to terms with my nicotine addiction, even if it will most likely kill me. And believe me, I know what I am talking about.

Perhaps I am missing something here, but I've noticed EU Casino is now blacklisted? Also other casinos with high rankings like Redkings are now blacklisted. What is happening? I thought these casinos had a good reputation? Once I was able to make a withdraw from EU casino (won with free money) and did not experience any problem? I would gladly know why these casinos are now on the avoid list.

Most Playtechcasinos have 4 day withdrawel pending time. If that is too long for you, maybe you can try Betfair or Coral.When it comes to reliability, African Palace would be one of the casinos I definitelly would NOT recommend. In the past they were involved in some very serious 'non paying winnings ', and as ValDes allready said they allready have quiet a number of complaints here at AG.
