      I don't know if any success would be likely or not, however what I know for sure is that an honest licensing authority is obliged to address a valid players complaint and reply back of course. If it fails doing that, it means that it is just as shady and dodgy as the aforementioned casino operator and players should avoid it as plague.

Frankly speaking I have no reasonable explanation to this disturbing fact, unless the minor error you did with the emails. You wrote to compliance at curacao-egaming.com when you were supposed to send your complaint to complaints at curacao-egaming.com In your place, I would submit a new formal complaint immediately. And if they fail to address my issue and help me, I will make sure the whole world to know what they could expect as so called 'players protection' from this licensing authority.

      In the name of objectivity, I must mention that there also lots of big winners over the years across casinos within both aforementioned brands who actually managed to get their money. Yeah, it was a painful and time consuming process most of the time, but the truth is that most of them got paid in full eventually. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if any of their players would ever get their money sitting at the accounts or already on its way at the time of the closure of all these brands.

      Hehe, you may ask my wife about that, I mean I constantly wake her up laughing as some wacko in the middle of the night while reading Pratchett's books. I don't really think I have a favorite Pratchett book, simply because I love them all, however the book which my wife hates most /probably due to my non-stop insane laugh while reading it/ is definitely Guards! Guards!.

      I guess you forget something very important here - the fact that this error was not a real and valid jackpot triggering. And if it is not considered as such, then it will be totally unfair to pay the aforementioned jackpot amounts to players who did not trigger these jackpots in normal circumstances. Doing so would make the whole mess even bigger, cause it would mean paying not real jackpots to the wrong players depriving other RTG players from winning the real jackpots. Anyways, what really matters now is how realistic players claim for a compensation could be.
