      Two-step authentication has been advertised and implemented by Neteller from several months, but unfortunately it didn't put an end to hijacked and stolen accounts... Moreover, this kind of authentication is not obligatory, so there's plenty of what to be desired from both Skrill and Neteller in terms of security, regardless the multi-steps logon.

However, please pay attention to the fact that whether you violated specific casino/bonus rule only once or a hundred and one times is totally irrelevant and does not usually affect the outcome of possible complaint. Rules are created and set in place with a good reason and you are absolutely right when encouraging other players to read carefully these terms.
