  1. Well yeah, but China doesn't have their UKGC-equivalent pouring fire and brimstone over the heads of operators, affiliates and even players only to achieve let's say 'extremely modest' results.
  2. Part of the 'perks' coming with the 'advanced capitalism' I guess... Bulgaria, being a part of the Eastern Europe countries which took the path from 'advanced socialism' to 'advanced capitalism' over night some 30 years ago are now 'enjoying' the fruits of their choice and namely - a health system which is a real 'Frankenstein' and which means if you don't have the money to pay an extra for the 'services and treatment' you got you are dead, literally! Dental help as part of that horrifying health system is just as terrible as the so called pre-hospital and hospital treatment...
  3. Hmm, have always tried to consider the combination of these two words "gambling" & "scandal" from a different, more human, more player-oriented point of view.... Which immediately brings me to the point and namely - the real scandal of epic proportions is the scale of gambling addiction in UK.

So, your AGCCS history so far: 1/ your first complaint was rejected due to acknowledged violation of the Operator's terms as duly explained within the rejection notification email you got in your inbox; 2/ then you submitted a new complaint but failed to provide any further evidence to prove you didn't violate any terms as mentioned in your initial complaint, that's why the second one was rejected with the common rejection message referring to submitting multiple complaint referring to the same issue. You can still do the right thing thou and submit a third new complaint, just make sure to attach a screenshot or some other type of evidence that could prove you never ever claimed nor received any refer-a-friend bonus. IMO, that would be a sufficient proof to convince my colleagues from the AskGamblers Complaint Team that you have a valid case here. Pls let me know in case you need further assistance and good luck!

  11. Great idea, Sharon! Besides the non-restriction-applied-restaurants, I'd certainly enjoy schools going back to presence-mode instead of online one. At least 15-20% of the Bulgarian students were (and still are) left 'outside' the school with that online education for some reasons - lack of help, lack of devices or internet connection, lack of care on behalf their parents... Man, that's so sad and soooo harmful for the entire society....

  13. A decent look at their AGCCS History is more than enough to confirm some (if not all) of the @pinnit2015words unfortunately. Yes, all cases resolved indeed, but it was quite a fight every time. Still, VS remains one of the real ''authorities'' in this business and I never ever doubt a single word of their statements and/or actions. Wish they could be kinder, faster or at least demonstrate more sympathy in certain situations, but no one is really questioning their amazing reputation and integrity.
