  1. I submitted at the edit last week, but players from holland are still accepted?
  2. I've submitted the edit, but why is TRADA still excepting players from Holland? This is illegal!!
  3. I though you were, but obviously not. Must have misread. Bizar that nobody finds it strange that a mediator ( unbiased by definition and valued because of this) is being extremely unclear regarding. Especially for your veteran admins in here, I'm not a manic bashing at things without proper cause.. Providing information should never be a problem, if so, it raises major concerns. We're not gambling in an illegal Nigerian casino, that is located in the basement where te roulette wheel almost won't turn because its so of-axis, aren't we? Or are we? Why not share information that will actually empower your mediating position. A contradiction in terms.
  4. Yes so not advertising with IDEAL aren't they? I do hope you contact Rachel / Trada on this, as it is in clear violation with dutch law. Also the ' Players from holland are allowed"
  5. To be clear, this is not a 'hate' thing against persons involved: I just can't stand it when me, or players in general, are being 'muted' if they ask questions that might reveal shortcomings of the operations involved.. Asking questions, that are relevant, and could support proof of a valid casino operation, should never result in banning a player, and ignoring. Doing this in fact results in loss of credibly. Or am I wrong?
  6. And since Trada is active on Askgamblers, why is IDEAL listed the casino page?
  7. I changed the link, linked the wrong one, so your reply is based on the old link.
  8. and one search on the site, shows this is not an uncommon practice for Tradacasino: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/trada-casino-ignored-gambling-regulations-and-allowed-me-to-deposit-and-gamble-before-verification Along with many other complaints about closing accounts, confiscating funds from player. That have to put up a fight to get it back, very good support indeed.
  9. Yes legal it will be Rachel, funny that you still do not say anything about willingly breaking dutch law, and tricking players into illegal play. So please provide me proof of dutch licensing? And yes you did close my account, and did confiscate funds, so stop lying. And why block an account after a player makes a claim? That is good support! Mentioning names that are in the public domain, is not illegal, why is this not allowed? They are stated at the site. So players, look what we are dealing with.
  10. and PraxisIFM as administrator for TRADAGAMES (JERSEY) LIMITED, will be included https://opencorporates.com/companies/je/EXTUID_321223
  11. Dear players, Recently I filed an official complaint to Trada Casino, with consisted of me requesting proof of Dutch licensing, ad they stated there license allows players from Holland. It recently came to my attention that Tradagames does not have dutch licensing, and are actively breaking dutch law by advertising and offering money play to dutch players, and deposits methods only available in holland ( IDEAL) Initial respons from casino: Its your own responsibility. This obviously cannot be the case as they false make the impression they have dutch licensing, which is not the case, making their operation ILLEGAL in holland. Asking simple question: why are for instance players from Italy and Belgium actively blocked from making an account / playing with money ( as they are not allow to offer this service by local legislation) I got no answer... Instead they blocked my account without any notification or giving a reason, confiscated funds on the account. Why is it so hard to anwser simple question? I've addressed this problem to the licensing body ( Jersey Gambeling commission). And are filing charges against individuals involved, as they think ignoring a player with legit questions, that should be no problem to answer is the way forward. Persons for now will be : < Casino representative names removed > So people watch out for playing at Trada Casino, if you ask the wrong questions: you will be banned and funds confiscated!!
  12. Trada casino has the worst support there could be, asking question regarding license restrictions in holland and providing a data sheet with all plays on account resulted in an account ban without notification, or giving a reason. Funds on account gone. Asking questions they dont like: cut all communications.. Do NOT play at trada.. Licensing body ( Jersey) is already looking into this,
  13. Yes I can, its stated in the post. Slotjoint provided me with a person look behind the scenes, that is why is revoked my claims. Slotjoint confirmed that players' questions regarding the topics I stated will be handled differently, as they eventually did in my case. This should be an example for other operators, and hopefully the future for online gaming. But on topic, thank you for looking into my questions. The ADR should be able to provide clear answers, and why shouldn't they, as it will strengthens its independent position? ADR cannot sleep in the same bed with the operators, as mediator. Even if financing structure is linked directly to operators, that would not be a problem if they state clear independent position, legal binding. Regards JW
  14. As many casinos hold this as ' independent complaint entity'. Yes, 2 persons, will judge the case, that at this time, will not show evidence of expertise nor provide evidence of financial structure ( or clear terms with) that rules out any form of bias. I fully agree that public forum is the best method, as this forum allows
  15. They came with an extensive reply today, how surprising. I will blind my personal details, and post it. I do have to say, they reply for the first time regarding offshore construction, as they state it does not exist anymore. However, they state I'm being a ' grinch' for not allowing my complaint. I admit that this was my initiative for investigating, but with them closing the complaint before, it is not even in play during posting. And why is it so hard to provide information? I'm not asking information that is abnormal to provide by a 'regulating/independent body' ?
  16. " As to your questions regarding the "financial structure" of this service - no we won't be publishing financial information that we are not otherwise required to do so by the various government or regulatory agencies we are subject to. If, as seems clear, you are looking to question the partiality of this service by suggesting that we have been 'bought' by the operator you are complaining about, in the first instance the corporate structure of this service has been reviewed and approved by multiple regulatory agencies including both the UKGC and MGA and in the second, if you are sceptical of our service's integrity there is no purpose in your request for us to act on your behalf as we end up in a position where you are holding a gun to our head - anything other than supporting your claims, which at the present time I'm unclear as to you having any sound basis for, results in your deceleration that we have acted improperly. From this point forward please keep you responses relevant to your complaint. Thanks, ThePOGG "
  17. Spinia is actively in violation of his MGA license, allowing player from holland. As dutch law clearly forbids this, while they state we are allowed. MGA license agent is very clear: A licence issued by the MGA enables licence holders to operate in or from Malta, or through a Maltese legal entity. It is ultimately the licensee that is responsible for adhering to the laws of the respective targeted jurisdictions. Ultimately, the licensee must exercise due care in selecting the markets in which it pursues its activities and the advertising thereof, and to ensure that the activity is underpinned by justifiable arguments. Regards,MGA Player Support Spinia actively block players from many countries, but is clearly breaking law in holland, is it is not allowed. This while spina assured me it is. first rule of their terms: The website accepts players only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law. So there will be criminal prosecutions regarding.
  18. L.S., Recently, after instantly refusing, and afterwards deliberately withholding the content from the public domain, I did several inquiries regarding ThePOGG. With ThePOGG, being the assigned body for handeling many complaints submitted by players vs online casino, its independent position and expertise regarding should be 100% legit. After some research, it turns out that this body: - Consists of only 2 persons ( Duncan X and Lisa Y) - Persons involved do not seem to get paid, but show a cycling transfer of shares within the holdings involved. All bit of abnormal for a ruling body - There are no annual reports regarding number of cases handled and the outcome, why not? -Address stated on the site is a PO Box, not actual registration. -They use an offshore construction on Malta : Abacus Business Centre, Level 1, Triq Dun Karm, B'Kara Bypass, BIRKIRKARA, MALTA. This not being illegal, its somewhat concerning, and why don't-list this the site -Questions regarding origin of funding are not addressed after several requests. Why withhold this information? This is not me accusing persons involved, merely a listing of facts derived from public domain. What concerns me, is the neglecting of information that should be not be ANY problem to provide. In general: If you have to rule regarding the same hand that feeds you, that is bias in play. A ruling body, should be the last entity that should be vague regarding above. Attached several screens from The POGG online public docs, after some digging. Gr JW
