  1. As them withholding reply has nothing to do with legal proceedings what so ever. Initial complaint was about licensing, and why not debunk my claim with legal documents already in place ( T&C, License ect) for other players? Every other player from holland could ask the same questions, do you think they will reply then? They can at least provide clarifycation for them? @pinnit2015 Maybe you can ask? I will shut up if they have a valid argument . My moral crusade indeed is repetitive in nature, but hope to spread the message. With casinos restricting Holland suddenly over the last week, I just cannot stand allowing play, while in violation of Trada T&C, putting players at risk. It does not belong to a highly respected operation.
  2. Its still baffling that Trada will not even provide confirmation that other NL players are secure, and playing legit. Why not share information that will instantly debunk every claim I make? Licensing is public record anyway? It will provide clarification for other dutch players?
  3. Yes, things are in motion that is for sure. First one to know will be Trada. I was notified that this is under investigation, but probably will not be informed of outcome - if not public-. I still find it remarkable that they even risk playing this game, and not take action. They will be fined, moreover, will not be able to apply for legal licensing in 2020, because of this. Minimal 2y exclusion, and if in violation again even longer or permanent rejection. When they are fined, I will expand civil lawsuit, with more affected players in Holland. Civil proceedings are on hold, as requested by justice department. I can't stand this illegal profiting from players they are willingly facilitating ... If a player from holland hits the jackpot: you broke terms, as play is illegal in local jurisdiction.
  4. Accountable persons will face jail time at the end of road, but it will never come to this, as bank account can be frozen and confiscated at request by Dutch justice department almost anywhere in world. Casino profits find their way back to account holders at major financial institutes most of the time I agree that competition is good, but Holland casino does not operate online, they are real casino's. Offering services in a country that does not yet allow it ( it is coming), is illegal.
  5. @ValDes Thxn again for taking time to reply. No system is perfect, and points raised are in the sole benefit of player protection. Some of you might think I'm 'bashing certain operations, but online gaming is an extremely dodgy business I discovered. I just get enraged, when there is strong evidence of malpractice and deception, putting players at risk. Problem is with e.g. MGA or curaçao licensing, is the financial bias in play. Both Malta and Curacao governments/economies are heavily dependent on this, and obviously are not monitoring/enforcing things at the same level that would be required locally in e.g UK, USA,NL ect. In Curacao public office, corruption is the standard, only a few honest people try to hold on.
  6. @ValDes Thank you so much for this extensive reply, very informative. And I concur with several points in your reply. However, in several cases I think you misunderstood me, I'll explain below. See my reply >> between the lines in quote above^^. Not sure if you received tag, is I typed in in the quote Thanks, Gr J
  7. Well the suggested edit was rejected?! " In casino T&C Netherlands in not on the list of restricted countries. We have also checked with account manager of casino and he confirmed the same info. Thank you for your response and we apologize for keeping you waiting so long. ' Yes that is the case, so what else is new? The fact is that they are actively breaking Dutch governing law, and offer ILLEGAL play. Why can't Trada answer simple questions: - Do you have a dutch license? - Are you aware that your offering service in holland ( ip location) is illegal? As has been made clear: https://www.dutchnews.nl/news/2019/08/dutch-gambling-watchdog-fines-unibet-e450000-for-breaking-rules/ (see screenshot also) - You claim that this is player responsibility, why then do you block several countries from play? Please elaborate on reasons why excluding. - Why are players from holland not warned, that they are playing illegal according to dutch law. Player protections is inadequate. this is similar to letting a known minor(<18y) to play, willingly But @RachelTrada, nothing going on, all is in order, lol. Good thing is that my complaints can actually count as 'first strike/warning', so they can move up to the 'fines' section.
  8. Ok that is a problem of course, but these are all 1 on 1 copies, within the N1 group operated casino's, with new accounts that show zero activity afterwards.. Account made: 1 review, copy pasted by new account made, 1 review. Either way, reviews are payed for by casino's, thus biased. As AskGamblers is ( to my believe) a player driven review site, that should result in an unbiased overal review, these actions undermine the very core.. What I suggest is to take appropriate action: investigate accounts involved, and implement measures that prevent this. e.g. I've submitted a review 5 days ago, with some critical notes, that is obviously being checked. Positive reviews are processed in a zip. Also, why not display deleted reviews and complaints? If retracted, or resolved, a reason can be shown/explained. Cleaning up negative comments, by paying players in order to retract, does not result in a balanced casino rating. Finally, why allow players to review a casino multiple times with the exact same rating as first review?
  9. addition: If you check reviews from other casino's of the N1 interactive group, you will find 1 on 1 copy paste reviews, from other brands of the group. e.g. Spina has identical review posts as Bob Casino, by other users.. Not surprisingly with only 1 activity on the account. How obvious can it be.. lol See screen
  10. ok thxn, but I thought he was handeling this, as he reacted and contacted Trada support chat. Please take into account that the edit suggestion was submitted 15 September. Thank you
  11. ok thanks, I've attached the screens in here. But you will find them with no effort: short user names with 1 or 2 digits, from Netherlands mainly, accounts with only 1 item as activity: posting review.
  12. Also, is seems that allot of published negative reviews. or complaints, are deleted. This could be at players request, but this clearly indicates a form of compensation from the casino to the player to do this. Not showing deleted reviews, or reason for deleting, result in a clear biased review.
  13. Well, they clearly had a tech error, copy pasting the exact review. It is worth mentioning that a significant part of there reviews is posted by users with new account, that only preform one action on their timeline: review Spinia, afterwards zero activity. How hard is it to capture this evident fraud Askgamlers? If I submit a review that is to negative, after filing a complaint to a casino, it is rejected?! This is a player driven public review site is it? Or isn't it?
  14. Can someone please stop this trolling by casino's, posting fake reviews.. Spinia for instance.. You dont need to be Sherlock Holmes to see this..
  15. Yes I did, they will start an investigation, but as with every government proceedings, this takes time. In the mean while, the recommended me to inform the casino and make a formal complaint. I started this topic to make other players aware of what is going on, and the risk they are exposed to while playing at this illegal operation ( for dutch players).
  16. ok thank you. i've attached a screenshots of the dutch gambling authority, that are very clear. So the operator can claim that there Jersey licences allows dutch players, but this licences obviously does not overrule dutch law. They are misleading players (including me), that can get in trouble because of this. Offering remote play in holland, as well as advertising, is illegal and will be fined. @ValDesthank you
  17. Yes it was. Offering play to players from the Netherlands is restricted by local law, and a clear violation. Activities are illegal, and besides the casino, also players (more important) could get in trouble: either by the casino ( not paying after a big win, as they could claim you were breaking terms) or local enforcing authority. Please note that Trada actively blocks other countries from play, but with enforcing body in Holland just taking shape, misuse current lack of oversight. Several big casino operation have been fined 500K+ recent months for same violation. Trada will join the list.
  18. @ValDes my suggested edit for the Trada Casino page has been under review for 16 days now, maybe you can assist me on that from your side? I think we have common goals: legal, fair and open online gaming. Questions on such crucial matters should be very easy to answer for any casino operation, as they reflect quality, fairness and honesty.
  19. That doesn't change that they are still offering illegal play to players from holland, this is misleading and in violation with Dutch law. I'm addressing this to warn players from holland. What is wrong with that?
  20. Well I don't expect them to do, for some reason, they are not willing to answer a few simple questions, and think I'm bluffing. Believe me, not the case, and this will not go away by ignoring me, instead of dialogue.
  21. In a nutshell: - Made an account few months ago, as they advert in holland, assuming I could legally play there. - Played some months ago, and 4 week ago. - Dutch gambling authority made an press announcement, regarding fines issued to Unibed, Betwin ect, and made clear that offering play in holland is illegal, and online casino offering play in holland are illegal. ( new information to me). - I ask trada support: they stated there license does allow dutch players - Requested information/ registration number for dutch license as they offer play in holland. As they block several counties were online gambling is forbidden, they should block dutch players if not - Made an formal complaint: account blocked witch no notification. No reply to my questions. - Contacted POG, they don't handel legal cases - Contacted Jersey gambling licensing body: the contacted Trada, got one reply with no answer to my questions, no reply further on to.my emails - Filled official legal documents against trada, and several employees. Dutch gambling authority is investigating, and potentially will file criminal charges in dutch civil and criminal court, against Trada, and individual persons.
  22. Well I did not know they did not have a dutch license, as they cannot even offer play legal if not. So how could I know, that they offer illegal play. They block other countries for some reason? And I did ask questions: they replied that their license allows players from holland, which is misleading. Its bizar that they shift responsibility to the player!! Why are they blocking other countries then? If this was the case?
  23. As there terms have not changed, and if you press create account you can select Netherlands, and not blocked ones as Belgium. It do not have multiple account, you can test this yourself. check it out. Trada site right now: don't see holland/netherlands or do you? TradaCasino does not accept players from the following countries Afghanistan Albania Algeria Angola American Samoa Australia Azerbaijan Belarus Bangladesh Belgium Bosnia & Herzegovina British Virgin Islands Bulgaria Burundi Cambodia Cameroon Cayman Islands Central African Republic Chad Columbia Congo Cyprus Democratic Republic of Congo Denmark Egypt Eritrea Ethopia France French Guiana French Polynesia French Southern Territories Greece Guinea Guinea Bissau Guyana Haiti Hungary Hong Kong Indonesia Iran Iraq Israel Italy Japan Korea Latvia Lebanon Libya Liberia Laos PDR Madagascar Malta Martinique Mozambique Myanmar Nicaragua Nigeria Norway Pakistan Panama Papua New Guinea Poland Portugal Romania Saudi Arabia Singapore Slovakia Slovenia St. Pierre and Miquelon Somalia South Sudan Spain Sudan Suriname Sweden Switzerland Syria Tajikistan Thailand Tunisia Turkey Turkmenistan Uganda United States Ukraine Uzbekistan Vanuatu Vatican Venezuela Wallis and Futuna Islands Yemen Zimbabwe
