All this problem was created by the Altacore casinos. They offered free spins and cash bonus for reviews and now their reviews have reached 500 plus, for most of them. Maybe AG should stop looking at this group for now as nobody is going to be rewarded with free spins for their votes.

Completely agree with you. I played this game on the first day it released. Got 3 bonuses but none of them paid more than 20x, one was a 2x bonus.

The initial verification is only of Identity and address which is done by internal software. If you use a payment method like Skrill, bank deposit or any other mode you need to verify that seperately. They requested him those additional documents which he provided. Now they are asking for more documents.
