      I was having a pretty good experience apart from the recent cashout horror. Casino has great reload offers that give 300% to 150% bonus plus reduced wager. Less payment methods to my liking but direct bank methods was what I liked about them. The best RTP I have had in a while compared to any other casino. I had a total starting balance of INR 50000 and did not dip below 49,000 during whole session. Not in a single session lost more than INR4000 (£40) on a slot. The previous losses I had at this casino was because I did INR100 bets on a starting balance of INR 6000 on moon princes.

      I have been playing at Casigo for over 9 months. During this time I managed a cashout of INR 31000. The whole amount was paid under 2 days. I received funds so why would I have any issues!

      They have kept it in pending. They keep on saying payment has failed. They have now told me payment has failed on 3 occasions. When I ask them give me transaction id of payment failed they say they will try again. If you have time read complaint against 21 prive. They are doing the exact same thing to me. The only difference that they haven't locked my account.       Nice hit. Just a suggestion @cocopop3011 I see that your shorts page is empty, 0 uploads. If you guys have any big wins under 60 seconds upload that on shorts section. Also if you have any video of huge wins that part where you get that hit upload that on shorts page as well. Even if the video is more than 60 seconds long try to extract that hit and post it. This will get you more impressions.

      Lets start with casinos rating when they are added. How do you decide to rate a new casino as they have been just launched? Does affiliate commission gets you a better rating? How do you make casinos agree to give players extra bonus offers and why cant you make all casinos agree to it? And why dont all casinos give AG coin and if a player wins big from AG coin does AG have to give a certain amount even if there is a max win limit?

      I would love to hear about how the complaint process works in details. Not just about the successful ones but also about the ones where casinos dont respond. I would also like to listen to people who belong to gambling authorities Ukgc, mga and Curacao definitely. If you can get people from Dama and N1 interactive group it would be awesome. I have one question that I have for N1 casino so if anyone from that casino shows up please tell me in advance as I would like to ask them some questions.

      I usually try to contribute by posting wins, new game and casino suggestions. Most of my year has gone into winning back my losses during a month so that takes a lot of time. Currently I have been present at the forum without posting much as my issue with a casino doesn't give me the energy to start something new. I am just sad as the amount being held is a lot for someone like me. Hopefully when things get sorted I ll contribute more.

      Yes, email notifications are on. No, they dont work. I get all emails from AG main site but from forum I have activated weekly digest which I get uninterrupted.

      I have played at other Galaktika nv casinos like fresh, rox, sol and jet. Great bonus offers and huge variety of games but too many slots restricted from bonus play. Going to pass this one. Casinos of this group are quick with cashouts though.

      The casino is a softswiss casino. It looked like a Dama/hollycorn/n1 but turns out its some new group. I will wait for some reviews before signing up.
