Going by the mood of this thread and especially @bp54 who supports AI, it's not. This is what AI says- Correct, a settlement is generally not an admission of fault or liability. The agreement usually explicitly denies any wrongdoing by either party.

This whole thread was started to fight Deloro because @bp54 said they were cheating players and other accusations. This thread ends with @bp54 joining deloro. What irony!!!

@bp54 congratulations on receiving your money and I hope you use your funds wisely. On another note it would have been better if you would have disclosed that you were already taking to Deloro instead of putting pressure on Askgamblers and @cocopop3011 for a mediation. Things would have been quite easy on everyone.

Ofcourse it is. We just had a Blackjack comp and I saw the dealer pull out a 21 out of nowhere on most occasions. Even when I had 20 the dealer would still pull out a 21.

I have played at their sister site Dachbet. The layout is similar to Wikiluck, 24slots and I have played at both of them. Decent casino but too much time for verification and processing withdrawal. Almost a week. Most games dont run. Playngo, Relax, Nolimit and other brands don't have all the slots listed. RTP is really bad and constant bugs during gameplay. One very important thing- If you are bonus restricted from one casino then whole brand will bonus restrict you.

You have not presented any evidence. Only words and more words. Chat screenshots that don't make any sense. You say -"I have this....I have that.." but you don't provide anything. You always say one day I will give this and one day I will give that. Why? Just post it now.

What has mifinity got to do with this? Your balance was played down at Deloro. You say that somebody played down your funds at Deloro. Mifinity is an e wallet. How can Mifinity send you evidence of someone playing your balance at Deloro?

This case could also have one more outcome but the OP just doesn't want to look that way. @bp54's friends must have seen her gamble and maybe in her absence tried to play the balance in order to build a bigger cashout and ended up playing it down to zero. They are now probably gaslighting her into believing that it's the casino. That explains why the bet logs are from her region.
