Online casinos verifying system upon withdrawl needs to change
TheAverageGuy replied to copyyy's topic in Casinos General
3 Things need to be verified, each with their own document(s) 1) Your id (name, date of birth) this is solved with passport/license/state id card 2) Your address (recent bill recieved by post to address that matches provided ID, utility bill, government issued document, bank statement etc) 3) Your payment source (photo of the credit/bank card used, screenshots of online accounts) again with information that matches the above 2 items. Unfortunately, while a single piece of ID may cover most of the bases, it isn't enough to satisfy regulations and requirements. With that said, some sites are more of a nit picky pain in the ***** abut their requirements for each step, method of submission, size, dimensions, mothers childhood crush.. If you want to get paid, you'll jump through the hoops ? I do however feel your pain and wish you as hassle free a KYC as possible. Cheers! -
I'm thinking Costa Rico business permits or curacao white labels are starting to look pretty damn appealing so some of the UKGC/MGA small fish/bottom feeder types currently fighting for chum after the sharks have had their fill... probably to a number of the sharks as well.

If government bodies do, what government bodies do, seems to be working as intended.. a massive cash cow.

The privacy regulations line is a crock, as long as the player signs off on it, it's their data and they have every right to access it or assign someone to do so on their behalf. The only "security" issue I can see is that if the licensing has policies against events that occurred, the casino could face some financial insecurities and negative public awareness/perception. As I said before though, license dependent of course

You should probably make the casino live support operators aware of that.. and whoever it was that they had to check with before telling me as much, twice. I would also suggest clarifying the method of claim in your original post as it's not entirely clear, I assumed that " P.M. our casino manager through the system and our support will add the Spins manually for you." referred to the live chat system, not the ask gamblers private messages. I accept the apology for the lack of clarity and misunderstanding, my overall impression however remains the same. Best of luck with your promotion. Cheers!

Not exactly a shining condition to ensure fairness, unless by "through their site" they actually mean through their preferred Licensing Body Approved Arbitration Service. If not, despite their preference to keep it in house, a complaint to their licensing body is always an option afterwards so keep good notes ? Either way I wish for you positive results. Cheers!

Definitely. Boy, I sure am glad that week 1 was a race to see who said "I'm In" the fastest, I wouldn't like my odds of winning the draws on the other weeks ?

DIREX casinos are having issues....

Though there is something to be said for interac-etransfer hitting your account in a flash instead of sitting twiddling your thumbs till 3-4am when the bank finally gets around to clearing the deposit that ecopayz processed to your account at 9am ? -

Ignore you’re playing on euro, why not just add a euro wallet to your ecopayz account. At your rate of play I assume you’re at least silver by now, if I recall correctly that’s when they stop charging fees to convert currencies between your personal wallets, but they always charge conversion on the way in from a merchant ;-)
