Hiya, they just say they can’t verify me. I’ve sent them all the details they’ve asked for, pretty standard stuff like name address date of birth. I’m just confused as I’ve been able to sign up to online casinos with the same details and as they are required to verify customers identity I’m not sure why they can do it and Gamstop can’t. Has anyone else had this?

I’ve tried to sign up for Gamstop (massive problem gambler here, basically ruined my life) but I’m having difficulty. They don’t seem to be able to verify me and I’m just wondering, if they can’t find me to verify my age/identity, how have the online casinos been doing it?
